PBR Minnesota strives to be the most comprehensive source of player information across the state. The Prep Baseball Report is the No. 1 resource for high school baseball in each state we cover through our variety of events, boots-on-the-ground scouting staff, daily coverage, and multimedia platforms. Our multimedia platforms and events work in tandem, ultimately creating the most powerful source of high school baseball promotion in each state.  While other organizations take a national approach, our goal is to become the authoritative voice on the ground level of each state.

PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you?

Kingery: Minnesota Gophers, NDSU, St. Cloud State, Minnesota State – Mankato, DCTC, SMSU, Ridgewater College, Southeastern and Iowa Central CC.

PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future?

Kingery: No, I have not gone on any visits due to all the CoVid stuff and conflicting schedules

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)

Kingery: If I do go to college I would want something closer to home, family, friends etc.… I am currently undecided for a major if I went to college.

PBR: What were some of your highlights during your sophomore year?

Kingery: Having a pretty good playoff run was exciting and also being able to play teams that we hadn’t played from the south side of our section was fun! Also, being chosen as the best pitcher in our conference was really cool!

PBR: What are your goals for this year?

Kingery: My goal right now is to continue to get better both on the mound in the field and at the plate, becoming a completer and whole player.  My biggest goal is probably to hit 90mph and then just keep accelerating from there, I just think hitting the 90mph mark will be a big milestone for me as a pitcher and give me even more motivation to get better.  It will also make my chances of getting drafted out of high school higher which is my ultimate dream.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?

Kingery: No, I have played baseball all my life and because of my dad’s fall travel baseball teams it has always been a year-round thing.

PBR: What is your ACT and GPA?

Kingery: I have currently not taken the ACT.  My current GPA is 3.31
