Season Outlook
Platte County looks to repeat as conference champions and improve on their 17-10 record in 2015.  They will rely on a pair NCAA D1 commits to lead the way, junior catcher Justin Mitchell, an Oklahoma commit, and junior RHP Jared Wilson, a Missouri commit. The duo will have plenty of talent around them as well.  Senior SS Kodee Martin has experience can defend the middle of the field.  The Pirates will also have two underclassmen with varsity experience that will be a big part of the Pirates line up this spring. Junior 1B Austin Gammill and sophomore RHP/3B Max Hunter will play on the corner infield and add power bats to the middle of the line up.  In 2016, the Pirates look to take the next step.  They have the experience and talent to go a long way this spring.
