Season Outlook
The Lee's Summit Tigers will have great pitching, and a balanced line up this spring. They will return six position players and four pitchers from a team that finished second in conference play and 19-11 last year.  Leading the way will be senior Petey Hill, a Missouri State commit for football.  Hill will add production to the line up, versatility to the defense and will throw important innings.  The Tigers will also feature three college committed players in the senior class in Zavion Hill, Austin Polina and Dalen Blair.  Ben Lock will be coming off an injury and add a left-handed pitcher to the rotation. Look for speedster, junior Grant Baird at the top of order, while sophomores Quinton Carlberg and Grant Heizer play key roles at shortstop and mound, respectively.  The balance of hitting, pitching and defense will make the Tigers a tough team in 2017.
