Season Outlook
The Blue Springs Wildcats will have plenty of experience returning in 2018, and no shortage of seniors on the roster.  Senior RHP/1B Jake Lufft is a four year starter, while senior OF Peyton Smith enters his third year as a starter in the outfield . Senior catcher Caleb Marquez is a four year letter man behind the plate.  The trio has a big game experience and look to lead the Wildcats this spring.  Watch for Lufft to build off his big season in 2017, Smith to contribute with important innings on the mound, and Marquez to add a power bat to the middle of the line up. Seniors Ray Paniaqua, Luke Smith, Nick Brandner and Logan MacKay are all coming off All-Area performances from last year.  Keep and eye on this group of seniors to make a run once May roll around.
