The Missouri high school baseball season kicks off on Mar. 20, opening day for regular season action under MSHSAA regulations. Leading up to opening day, we’ll be publishing our team previews ahead of the 2025 spring season, touching on programs spanning all state classifications, counting down to the official Prep Baseball Missouri Preseason Power 25 Rankings.

Perennially, we’ve submitted a preseason questionnaire to high school head coaches across the entire state. Their responses have been flooding in and we’re using the detailed insight they’ve provided in our team-by-team preseason analysis.

Coach’s Insight: “We will look to compete on the mound as we return near all of our innings from 2024. Our guys gained valuable varsity experience last year and we look to continue to develop. We have a group of hard working seniors that lead by example and hold each other accountable. Defensively, we have multiple players with the ability to play all over the diamond. We will look to develop depth and quality at bats from the lower half of our order. We are continuing to understand the ways to flip our lineup over and contribute to the team even if that doesn't mean contributing to our average. ” – Luke Temperelli, head coach
