By: Diego Solares
Area Scout, Illinois & Missouri

This weekend, the PBR tournaments staff will host the Midwest Premier Super 16 tournament at Creekside Baseball Park in Parkville, Missouri. The last tournament of the Midwest Premier summer circuit, this tournament will host teams from across the Midwest as they compete for the coveted crown.

All rosters can be found on the tournament page, which you can find by clicking HERE

Below you’ll find an in-depth preview of each team in attendance, highlighting standout prospects and names-to-know - most of which are uncommitted.

*only teams that submitted rosters are covered inside this preview story*

16U CAVALIERS - MAROON

This Cavaliers Maroon team is a familiar group, as we’ve now seen them at the Creekside Summer Championships and at the Kansas City Program Invitational. There’s a few names-to-know on this squad, starting with INF Logan Groh (Gardner Edgerton, 2024), who’s one of the top prospects in the Kansas’ 2024 class. Groh earned all-tournament team honors after a loud showing at the KCPI, blasting multiple extra-base hits off his barrel with ease. He’s a steady defender at shortstop and moves well for his size, running a 6.95 60-yard dash last fall.

Logan Groh

Another high-follow prospect in Kansas’ incoming junior group is INF Alex Koelle (Olathe North, 2024), who’s also showed well to our staff this summer. Koelle’s feel to hit is advanced for his age and the upside attached to a 6-foot-1, 165-pound frame should he fill out over the next few years is noteworthy. INF Carter Liezert (Olathe East, 2024) hits in the middle of this order and can thump, squaring a few balls up with authority at the KCPI.

US NATIONALS SCOUT TEAM

We’re eager to see this US Nationals Scout Team in action, particularly because of the talented bunch they’re bringing to Creekside, headlined by a pair of nationally-ranked names that are both committed to Missouri: INF Drew Dickerson (Lees Summit West, 2024) and RHP Christian Bobzin (St. Paul Lutheran, 2024). Dickerson is a super projectable 6-foot-4, 195-pound athlete with a high ceiling at the plate, particularly in the power department. As for Bobzin, the 6-foot-4, 175-pound right-hander has been up to 90 mph in front of our scouts in the past with more to come as he fills out his frame.

Christian Bobzin

As for the rest of this group, there’s several other names-to-note who are still uncommitted. RHP Jack Millman (De Soto, 2024) will represent Team Select at the PBR Future Games later next week. Ranked inside the top-10 prospects for the Kansas’ 2024 class, Millma is a strong, sturdy 6-foot-1, 195-pound athlete with an upper-80s fastball and high-arching low-70s curveball. OF Bret Yarger (Rolla, 2024) is a 6.75 runner in the 60 with a strong lower half and juice at the plate, peaking at 95.6 mph off the barrel at an event this winter. Another name that’ll roam the grass for this squad is OF Jackson Stettnisch (Blue Springs, 2024), who’s a 5-foot-11, 195-pound athlete with arm strength from the outfield, peaking at 91 mph on his hardest bullet this February. C Brek Sloan (Grain Valley, 2024) can really throw it from behind the plate, popping a 1.86 at 77 mph on his best throw to the bag at an event this winter. He’s athletic for the position with a simple right-handed stroke and lean 5-foot-11, 172-pound frame.

AIR CAPITAL FLYERS

This Air Capital Flyers squad captured the Creekside Summer Championships crown in mid-June, and they’re back this weekend for a shot at repeating. INF Colby Gomez (Newton, 2024) was a follow name from that event, showing advanced prowess at the plate and on the infield. Gomez collected three hits in one game at that tournament, and he’s someone we’ll be following closely. Another top performer from that event was INF Luke Youngdahl (Maize South, 2024). The 6-foot-3, 190-pound incoming junior had a loud weekend at the dish, ripping off a few extra-base hits with authority to his pull-side. He’s a middle-of-the-order type producer with advanced thump to pair on a strong, physical frame.

ARLINGTON A’S PADRES

Traveling up from Texas, the Arlington A’s are back at Creekside. We saw their last group at the Super 17s and, in typical Texas fashion, they had several prospects worth following, particularly on the mound. Though we’re not entirely familiar with the players on this Arlington A’s Padres squad, we’re certainly locking into them throughout the weekend and are excited to see what they have to offer.

BLIZZARD ELITE

This Blizzard Elite roster features talented prospects from both Minnesota and Wisconsin that’ll be worth following throughout the weekend.

Leading this group is INF Josh Donna (Mahtomedi, 2024), who’s one of the top prospects in the Minnesota 2024 class and slotted inside the top-400 nationally, too. Donna’s a high level athlete with easy bat speed that aids him in repeating a silky-smooth stroke from the right side. That athleticism and ease translates to the infield, where he covers ground with lower-half rhythm. OF Graham Sullivan (St. Louis Park, 2024) is another premium athlete on this squad, recently running as fast as a 6.59 60-yard dash at Minnesota events. Toss INF Trent Cornell (Altoona, 2024) into the same basket as this duo, as the western Wisconsin native will represent Team Wisconsin at the Future Games next week. Cornell generates easy barrel speed at the plate and flashed hard contact at the Elite Baseball Scout Day in June, averaging 85.4 mph off the barrel with a 95.6 mph max. He’s a 6.92 runner in the 60-yard dash that packs a punch attached to a strong, compact 5-foot-9, 180-pound frame.

Josh Donna

There’s plenty to dream on the hill with 6-foot-3, 190-pound RHP Finn Furcht (Esko, 2024). Furcht recently reached an 85 mph high with his fastball at the Minnesota Top Prospect Games, pitching in the low-80s with a feel for a sweeping slider and more vertically spun curveball, too. LHP Bradyn Bezanson (Hudson, 2024) is a pitchability southpaw to follow on this squad that really spins a slider as well.

Finn Furcht

Turning to the offense, 1B Tyler Guerin (Mounds View, 2024) is the younger brother of former PBR Future Gamer and Iowa commit 1B Blake Guerin (Mound View, 2022). The 6-foot-6, 180-pound left-handed hitter appears to be tapping into his high-upside offensive capabilities and has also been up to 86 mph on the mound. INF Luke Adams (Stillwater, 2025) has crisp actions on the middle infield with a soft, sure-handed glove, while C Reid Hartmann (Red Wing, 2024) owns a strong, accurate arm behind the plate.

Tyler Guerin

BO JACKSON ELITE

Traveling from Ohio to Creekside this weekend, this Bo Jackson Elite squad has several fresh names to the PBR staff that’ll be on display throughout the weekend. One name-to-note is 3B Maddox Pulliam (Olentangy Berlin, 2024), as the 6-foot-1, 210-pound infielder recently flashed bat strength at the Northern Ohio Underclass Games. There, Pulliam reached a peak exit velocity of 94.1 mph and his furthest batted ball traveled 323 feet, per TrackMan.

BUILDING CHAMPIONS NAVY

There’s no shortage of talent on this Building Champions Navy squad, and there’s multiple names-to-note that’ll showcase their skills throughout the weekend.

Heading the charge on the hill are RHP Victor Christal (Bishop Miege, 2024) and RHP Hudson Byrd (Blue Valley, 2024). Christal, at 6-foot-1, 185-pounds, showed loud stuff at the Preseason All-State in February, uncorking high-80s fastballs from a live arm, touching 90.4 mph on his best bullet. He also showed a swing-and-miss breaking ball at a 2,771 RPM average in the high-60s. Byrd is set to represent Kansas at the PBR Future Games next week, and the 6-foot-5, 190-pound incoming junior has plenty of physical upside attached to his stature, with an upper-80s fastball and firm breaking ball to pair. INF Colton Sims (Shawnee Mission East, 2025) will also represent Kansas at the Future Games, and the nationally-ranked incoming sophomore figures to be one of the top prospects on Team Select. At 6-foot-2, 190-pounds, Sims’ repeats a clean right-handed stroke that’s set to grow into more power as he fills out his frame.

Victor Christal

1B Cru Huenfeld (St. Thomas Aquinas, 2025) is one of the more physical left-handed bats in Kansas, standing at an imposing 6-foot-3, 210-pounds with plenty of juice at the plate. Another noteworthy left-handed bat, OF Devin Wassmann (Platte County, 2024; Wichita State), represented Team Missouri at last year’s Future Games and was a key piece in Platte County’s state championship squad this past spring. Also committed to Wichita State, RHP Blake Neis (Mill Valley, 2024) is another upper-80s arm on this squad that’s breached the 90 mph mark and can also spin an advanced breaking ball in the mid-70s. C Boston Bruce (Atchison, 2024) elevates the ball off the barrel from the right side, while left-handed hitting MIF Drew McConnell (Blue Springs, 2024) is an upside left-handed hitter with clean actions on the infield.

Cru Huenfeld

CANGELOSI SPARKS NORTH - BLACK

This Cangelosi Sparks North team brings a potent group to the field, and they’ll surely showcase that talent throughout the tournament at Creekside.

We’ll start with a pair of prospects that have real two-way intrigue, and they both played a role in Nazareth Academy taking home the 3A state championship this spring: RHP/1B Nick Drtina (2024; Louisville) and INF/RHP David Cox (2024). Drtina set the school record in wins and earned all-state honors, serving as a real force on the mound for the Roadrunners. Cox is a fair prospect in his own right, standing at a strong, physical 6-foot-4, 200-pounds. He’s set to represent Team Illinois at the Future Games next week and will bring a lively fastball to LakePoint, pitching in the upper-80s with sizzle out of the hand. He’s shown our staff advanced bat strength at the plate in previous looks, reaching a 98.8 mph max exit velocity at an event this winter.

Offensively, INF Cash Campbell (Montini Catholic, 2024) brings premium power from the left side right into the middle of this order. The recent Iowa commit is one of the top left-handed bats in the Illinois’ 2024 class and rode a powersurge throughout the spring into an eventual commitment with the Hawkeyes. INF Dayton Murphy (Crystal Lake South, 2024) played an integral role on a Gators’ team that made it to state this spring. He generates fluid line drive contact from the right side, repeating a simple right-handed stroke with consistency. Murphy’s sure-handed on the infield as well, playing with rhythm and bounce.

Dayton Murphy

OF Mason Phillips (Oak Park-River Forest, 2024) and OF Jackson McCarey (New Trier, 2024) make for arguably the tournament’s most athletic outfield duo. Phillips ran a 6.67 at an event last summer and has premium athleticism attached to a 6-foot-1, 178-pound frame. McCarey’s a multi-sport athlete at New Trier who’s speed plays as equally on the diamond as it does on the gridiron. Few balls will fall in the outfield with this pair patrolling the outfield grass.

The Sparks will comfortably trot out a deep crop of arms aside from Drtina and Cox. RHP Justin Wood (New Trier, 2024), the son of former MLB all-star Kerry Wood, is a long-limbed 6-foot-5, 165-pound prospect that was up to 85 mph in a look this spring and oozes projection. LHP Dayne Meyer (Willowbrook, 2024) showed a polish three-pitch mix at an event this winter, throwing all three of his pitches for strikes with a 6-foot-3, 190-pound frame to pair. RHP Brady Chambers (Lyons Township, 2024), RHP Jack Wilson (New Trier), and LHP Wilson Kruse (Oak Park-River Forest, 2024) were all winners from the O’Hare Preseason ID in February.

Justin Wood

COMPETITIVE EDGE BLACK

The 16U Kansas City Program Invitational champions are back and ready to roll at Creekside with their eyes set on taking this Super 16 trophy home, too.

Headlining the charge last time we saw this squad were OF Scotty Fegen (Shawnee Mission East, 2024) and RHP Timothy Teixeira (Liberty, 2024). Fegen is a multi-positional prospect who’s speed and athleticism were on complete display in a previous look, utilizing a short, quick right-handed swing to make line drive contact off the barrel. The 6-foot-1, 206-pound Teixeira will represent Team Missouri at the Future Games next week, producing upper-80s heat from a lower arm slot and spinning a slider with sweep from the same arm angle.

Timothy Teixeria

The talent extends throughout this roster, however. INF Michael Good (Park Hill South, 2024) is a lean, wiry upside athlete with hand speed from the right side and active feet on the infield. Both OF Quinton McAtee (Lawson R-XIV, 2024) and OF Ben Murawski (Smithville, 2024) can really run, showcasing their speed last fall to our staff. McAtee dashed his way to a 6.71 in the 60-yard dash and it shows, particularly in the outfield. Murawski ran a 6.98 at an event last fall and he swings in rhythm at the plate, keeping his right-handed barrel in the zone through contact. MIF Christian Kuchta (Liberty, 2024) swings a clean bat from the left side and has active, athletic actions on the infield. OF Jackson Wirsig (Lees Summit, 2024) is a compact 5-foot-10, 150-pound athlete that showed a direct path to contact from the right side at the MOKAN Preseason All-State this winter. Finally, RHP Aidan Bahn (Staley, 2024) stands at a projectable 6-foot-4, 175-pounds with lanky levers that’s been up to 84 mph this summer.

Michael Good

ELITE BASEBALL TRAINING - VAN MILL

Two names to note from this Elite Baseball Training squad: INF Andrew Gould (Neuqua Valley, 2024) and UTL Ethan Borggren (Lane Tech, 2024). Gould has performed in front of our staff in the past, most recently doing so at The Rock for the 16U Summer Championships. He’s athletic on the infield with a short, compact right-handed stroke with top-of-the-order upside. Borggren was somewhat of a pop-up prospect to our staff last weekend, playing multiple positions on the diamond with a lanky, projectable 6-foot-2, 175-pound frame.

Ethan Borggren

GBA

Similarly to the other teams they’ve sent to Creekside this summer, GBA doesn’t lack talent or depth with this 2024 class. It’s a talented group that’ll feature several players heading into their junior year that are names-to-know.

Headed to the Future Games next week from this group are RHP John-Paul Sauer (Jackson, 2024) and LHP Dalton Hosack (Holt, 2024). Sauer is a sturdy 6-foot-1, 195-pound athlete with a fastball that’s lived in the upper-80s and feel for a true four-pitch mix. Hosack’s ability to get outs is his calling card, as the 6-foot-1, 205-pounder consistently performs in game. He’s been up to 86 mph in our looks, pitching in the low-to-mid-80s with his fastball and throwing his off-speed for strikes, especially a low-70s curveball. Another arm to note on this team is LHP Charlie Kilcullin (St. Dominic, 2024), who was a winner at the GBA Scout Day. There, the 6-foot-2, 190-pound southpaw reached an easy 86 mph high, showing feel for a fading changeup at 76-78 mph as well.

John-Paul Sauer

C Logan Winkleman (Christian Brothers College, 2024) has impressed our staff across multiple stops this summer. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound backstop boasts advanced bat strength attached to his right-handed barrel, scolding several balls at the St. Louis Top Prospect Games into the pull-side gap with authority. Left-handed hitting C/1B Chase Lasater (Holt, 2024) is also set to represent Team Missouri at the Future Games. Lasater’s amongst the top left-handed bats in the class, consistently making quality contact off the barrel.

Logan Winkleman

GRB RAYS IL - GREEN

We’ve been impressed by the teams that GRB Rays - Illinois has sent to Creekside this summer, and they’re 16U squad is a talented bunch we’re looking forward to checking in on.

OF/C Payton Sensabaugh (McHenry, 2024) was a winner at the McHenry Preseason ID this winter and he’s a wiry upside follow at the plate and in the field. His high school teammate, INF Ryan Nagel (McHenry, 2024) has clean actions on the infield. C Sean Kempf (Crystal Lake Central, 2024) is a strong right-handed hitter that also impressed at the McHenry ID, barreling balls up at a 90.4 mph average with a peak of 94.8 mph, per TrackMan.

Sean Kempf

GRB RAYS MKE

This GRB Milwaukee squad has impressed on a few stops on the PBR tournament circuit this summer, including at the Badger State Battle.

There’s two prospects to note on this squad, both of which are from Arrowhead: C/1B Joshua Gilroy (2024) and INF William Hess (2024). Gilroy wields one of the loudest right-handed bats in Wisconsin, regardless of class. The 6-foot-1, 210-pounder blistered balls at the Madison Preseason ID, peaking at 102.7 mph with an 89.8 mph average, including a max distance of 374 feet. Hess stands at 6-foot, 190-pounds with strength throughout and he too is a name that intrigued our Wisconsin staff in a recent look.

Joshua Gilroy

GRB RAYS WI - GREEN

There’s no shortage of talent on the GRB Rays squad, as the Madison bunch regularly brings high-end names from the Badger State to Creekside.

This group features three of Wisconsin’s top names in the 2024 class: RHP/INF Noah Wech (Manitowoc Lincoln, 2024; Oklahoma State), OF/LHP Logan Dunn (Wautoma, 2024), and RHP Nate Langbehn (D.C. Everest, 2024. Wech, who recently committed to Oklahoma State, has legit intrigue on both sides of the ball. He’s a savvy defender on the infield with an athletic right-handed stroke that’s also capable of hopping on the mound and producing high-80s heat, topping at 90.4 mph in the winter. Dunn had an incredible spring season for the Hornets, particularly on the offensive end. The 6-foot, 185-pound left/left star profiles as a top-of-the-order type bat at the next level with impact defensive value in the outfield. Langbehn may ultimately hold the highest ceiling of this trio, as the 6-foot-3, 195-pounder showed our staff a polished three-pitch arsenal in the winter and has continuously impressed this summer. Both Dunn and Langbehn are set to represent Team Wisconsin at the Future Games next week.

Logan Dunn

The talent trickles down to the rest of this roster, and two more names from this group are set to don Team Wisconsin’s jersey at LakePoint next week: INF Eason Hurd (Ashwaubenon, 2024) and RHP Jack DeTienne (Verona, 2024). Hurd has long been known to our staff as an advanced hitter with knack for contact, and he started to impact the ball with more thump at The Rock last weekend. DeTienne’s been a major winner from the summer, showcasing premium arm speed and upper-80s heat attached to a projectable 6-foot-1, 160-pound frame.

Jack DeTienne

RHP Craig Kabat (Bay Port, 2024) played a role on the Pirates’ state runner-up squad and the 5-foot-10, 175-pound incoming junior tossed a complete game shutout at The Rock last weekend. There, Kabat pitched at 85-86 mph with his fastball and mixed in a sharp 72-74 mph breaking ball to pair. His high school teammate, C/INF Cal Casper (Bay Port, 2024), is a scrappy, competitive follow with an athletic right-handed stroke and crisp actions defensively. C Sam Mommer (St. Thomas More, 2024) has strength attached to a 6-foot-1, 185-pound frame and produced offensively throughout the spring for a team that spent time in the Power 25. The same can be said for C Brady LaViolette (Notre Dame Academy, 2024), who’s a sturdy 5-foot-10, 188-pound athlete that showed bat strength at the plate this past weekend to our Wisconsin staff.

Craig Kabat

HITTERS 2024S

Fresh off a 16U PBR at The Rock tournament championship, this Hitters 2024 squad will always be a force to be reckoned with. They’re stacked with some of Wisconsin’s most talented prospects, including INF JD Dix (Whitefish Bay, 2024; Alabama commit), who’s one of the nation’s top prospects. The 6-foot-2, 180-pound Alabama commit hasn’t stopped ascending since the winter, where he ran a 6.61 60-yard dash and took the best BP round of the Wisconsin Preseason ID circuit. Dix parlayed that into a monster spring season with Wisconsin’s top high school program, earning first team all-state honors in the process. A true switch-hitter with power from both sides and an advanced up-the-middle glove to pair, expect Dix to keep rising up draft boards as his high school career continues.

JD Dix

There’s six other prospects on this team set to represent Team Wisconsin at the Future Games next week. LHP/1B Jackson Brewer (Homestead, 2024) has significantly risen up our rankings in the past six months, sitting at third overall in the Badger State. The 6-foot-3, 195-pound southpaw has run his fastball into the upper-80s, more comfortably pitching in the mid-80s with advanced feel to spin a breaking ball. He’s a capable left-handed stick as well, repeating a short, flat path to contact with line drive feel. RHP Nolan Buss (Arrowhead, 2024) has an explosive upper-80s fastball that stands out metrically, and his ability to spin a sharp high-70s slider around the zone has improved over the last six months. INF Brock Lulewicz (Muskego, 2024) is a savvy defender on the infield that’s started to fill out a 6-foot, 190-pound frame and hit for more power this spring as a result.

Nolan Buss

OF/QB1 Cade Palkowski (Oak Creek, 2024) can impact the game in many ways, particularly with his speed on the basepaths and his advanced center field defense. Palkowski also swings a strong left-handed bat with athleticism and juice, averaging 88.8 mph off the barrel at an event this winter. LHP Tannis Lange (Waukesha South, 2024) is a strike-throwing 6-foot-3, 185-pound southpaw with feel for his arsenal and upside to pair, while OF Roman Sienza (Mukwonago, 2024) has really performed thus far into the summer with plenty of physical projection to come on a 6-foot-2, 165-pound frame.

Cade Palkowski

One of the biggest performers at last week’s PBR at The Rock tournament, OF RJ Thomae (Hartford Union, 2024) was a driving force to the Hitters’ championship squad. A top-of-the-order type bat with knack for contact, Thomae’s knack for contact and barrel control are advanced for his age. RHP Grayson Flugaur (Franklin, 2024) can really pitch, pounding the zone with four pitches that includes a mid-80s fastball and two advanced breaking balls. RHP Payton Jibben (Oak Creek, 2024) stands at 6-foot-3, 190-pounds with an equally intriguing pitch mix to pair. He throws a clean, back-spun mid-80s fastball, pairing it with a tumbling changeup and a high-60s curveball thrown around the zone.

Grayson Flugaur

IMPACT SPORTS ACADEMY ROYAL

Hailing from Green Bay, this ISA Royal squad has talent scattered across the board. They’ll bring an even mix of power on the mound and at the plate to Creekside, looking to build off the success that their previous age groups have had this summer.

INF Javin Gauthier (De Pere, 2024: Illinois State) is the top prospect on this squad, ranked inside the top-15 in Wisconsin for his class. He’s a physical left-handed bat with juice and loft, taking one of the more impressive BP rounds we saw last winter at the Green Bay Preseason ID. Another thumper in this lineup is 1B Bryson Koehne (Notre Dame Academy, 2024), who announced himself with authority to our scouts in February. Koehne hammered ball after ball in BP, reaching a peak exit velocity of 98.8 mph that traveled 378 feet, per TrackMan.

Few prospects in Wisconsin have helped themselves over the last six months than OF/RHP Easton Arendt (De Pere, 2024). Arendt was amongst the biggest winners at the Green Bay ID this past winter and he parlayed that into a successful spring on both sides of the ball with one of the Green Bay area’s top high school programs. He’s continued to perform in all areas of his game this summer, most recently at the PBR at The Rock 16U Championships last weekend. Arendt repeats a smooth left-handed stroke with easy line drive feel, and he easily tracks balls down from the outfield. He boasts a loose, whippy arm that’s been up to 86 mph on the mound with presumably more to come in the tank. Still uncommitted, Arendt is a name-to-know follow heading into the weekend.

Easton Arendt

There’s no shortage of talent on the mound for this squad, either. RHP Brennen Grams (Kimberly, 2024) will represent Team Wisconsin at the Future Games in a few months as a live-armed right-hander with upper-80s heat. Grams also runs a 6.71 60-yard dash, which is a further testament to his athleticism. RHP Avery Duncan (Notre Dame Academy, 2024) oozes upside from a long, lanky 6-foot-1, 160-pound frame. He’s starting to tap into the velocity we’d expected to see from him, reaching an 86 mph high and sitting in the low-80s during his start at the Badger State Battle. It’s hard to miss LHP Brady Koester (Kimberly, 2024) when he’s on the rubber, as the 6-foot-4, 190-pound southpaw stands out on the hill. He’s flashed mid-80s heat with his fastball recently, and the feel to spin his breaking ball around the zone is gradually increasing, too.

Brennen Grams

INSIDE EDGE

We saw several players on this Inside Edge roster this past winter and we’re eager to check-in on them for an up-to-date look five months later. C Braeden Barbee (Lee’s Summit West, 2024) was a standout at that aforementioned event, repeating line drive contact from the right side with a clean, accurate arm to the bag. OF/INF Austin Marsh (Lees Summit West, 2024) is also a name-to-note, as he ran a 3.92 home-to-first time and showed athleticism at the plate with an upside frame.

Braeden Barbee

IOWA STICKS 16U

There’s a few follow names on this Iowa Sticks roster, starting with INF AJ Weller (Geneseo, 2024), who committed to Illinois State this spring. The left-handed hitter is slotted inside the top-50 for the Illinois’ 2024 class, showing our scouts a hitterish look at the plate with sure-handed actions on the infield. INF Adam Kayko (Johnston, 2024) is a physical 6-foot-2, 215-pound athlete that recently loud showed bat strength at the plate from the left side, barreling his hardest ball up at 97.6 mph, averaging 89 mph with advanced batted ball data for his age. OF Brett White (Solon, 2024) can really run for a 6-foot-2, 205-pound stature, posting a 6.94 60-yard dash at the Iowa Preseason All-State. He brings an interesting power-speed blend to the mix, averaging 87.5 mph off the barrel with a 93.8 mph max. White’s strength translates to the outfield, where we’ve seen him up to 92 mph.

Adam Kayko

On the mound, RHP Hunter Cook (North Polk, 2024) stands at a well-proportioned 6-foot-3, 190-pounds and sits in the low-80s with his fastball, peaking at 85.4 mph, and ripping his slider off at a 2,367 RPM average. Behind the plate for this squad is C Gehrig Turner (Solon, 2024), who’s a 6-foot-2, 200-pound physical backstop that squared balls up at an 88.7 mph average this winter.

KC PRODIGY BASEBALL ACADEMY

We saw this KC Prodigy team earlier this summer and it gave us an up-to-date look at OF Kenton Unruh (Staley, 2024), who’s one of the top prospects in Missouri’s junior group. A 6-foot, 185-pound athlete with proportional strength, Unruh scolded some baseballs off his right-handed barrel at the Kansas City Program Invitational, including two doubles on the tournament's first day. He’s ran a 6.81 60-yard dash at our events in the past and reached a 99 mph peak exit velocity, solidifying an already impressive profile. As things stand right now, Unruh is the top-ranked position player on Team Missouri and he’ll showcase his talents at LakePoint next week for the PBR Future Games.

Kenton Unruh

Committed to Mizzou, LHP Wade Mann (St. Pius) is another upper-tier prospect in the state’s 2024 class on this roster. The 6-foot, 185-pound southpaw pitches in the mid-80s with his fastball, reaching as high as 87 mph in our looks. He’ll spin a mid-60s curveball at a 2,400 RPM average with over 18 inches of horizontal movement to it, and he limits spin on a high-70s changeup that’s thrown at a similar release height to his fastball. LHP Lane Chapman (Lawson, 2024) is another southpaw to watch for the Prodigy with a low-80s fastball and quick arm, while OF Jakob Zahabi (Staley, 2024) is a strong athlete with a simple swing from the right side.

MAC N SEITZ 16U FLOYD

We’ve seen plenty of talent from the Mac N Seitz program throughout this summer and we’re expecting the same from their 2024 class. 1B Carson Wasinger (Blue Valley North) boasts some of the loudest raw power in the Kansas’ 2024 class, reaching exit velocities north of 97 mph this summer from a 6-foot-4, 205-pound frame.

Carson Wasinger

There’s some real firepower in this Mac N Seitz rotation, as they’ll trot out a true three-headed monster this weekend that’re all slotted inside the top-20 prospects for the Kansas’ 2024 class: LHP Liam Roche (Shawnee Mission South, 2024; Iowa), RHP Whit Rhodes (Hesston, 2024), and RHP Griffin Allen (Blue Valley North, 2024). Roche, who’s committed to Iowa, stands at a strong 6-foot, 170-pounds with mid-to-upper-80s heat from the left side and feel for a fading changeup thrown at arm speed. Rhodes brings a physical 6-foot-2, 215-pound frame with a thick lower half to the mound, recently pumping his fastball up to 87 mph at the MOKAN Top Prospect Games and complementing it with three additional pitches. As for Allen, the 5-foot-10, 170-pound right-hander will throw his entire arsenal around the zone, including a low-to-mid-80s fastball.

MASH 16U BLACK - VOCCA

Making their way down to Creekside again from Minnesota, this MASH Vocca team is geared to make a run at the tournament title and features multiple standout prospects from the upper Midwest.

Headlining this rotation is LHP Max Arlich (East Ridge, 2024; Texas A&M), who slots inside the top-275 nationally for his class. The 6-foot-2, 200-pound southpaw owns a blend of pitchability and advanced stuff, showing that unique profile over the last year. He’s touched 89.6 mph with his fastball, pitching in the upper-80s and rounding his arsenal out with two above-average secondaries. RHP Riley Leatherman (Wayzata, 2024; North Carolina) is another top prospect in the Minnesota 2024 class, and recently committed to North Carolina. The 6-foot-2. 170-pound right-hander has been up to 89 mph, pitching in the mid-to-high-80s with whippy arm speed. He throws a firm upper-70s slider at arm speed, and his 81-82 mph changeup averaged 15.8 inches of horizontal movement at an event this winter. RHP Jake Reigert (East Ridge, 2024) stands at 6-foot-5, 220-pounds with a mid-to-upper-80s fastball. RHP Jack Morris (Shakopee, 2024) is in the same boat, standing at 6-foot-2, 160-pounds and also producing mid-80s heat from the right side.

Max Arlich

INF Eddie Peters (La Crosse Aquinas) is one of the top prospects in Wisconsin’s 2024 class and he will represent the Badger State at the Future Games next week. Peters really looks the part in a uniform, standing at a highly projectable 6-foot-2, 180-pounds. He took an impressive round of BP at the Top Prospect Milwaukee event, averaging 91.5 mph off the barrel with a peak exit speed of 96.2 mph. Adding to an already high ceiling, Peters has always shown our staff clean actions on the infield, enhancing his all-around value on the diamond. It’s hard to miss 6-foot-5, 205-pound C/1B Nick Brandt (Eastview, 2024) at the plate, and even moreso when he’s on the barrel. Brandt was a winner at The Rock last summer, hammering ball after ball into the gaps. He showed his inherent strength recently at a PBR Minnesota event, peaking at 98.3 mph with a 365 foot max distance in BP, per TrackMan. CIF Ryan Vosper (Shakopee, 2024) was another standout last summer, generating easy juice off his right-handed barrel and routinely showing our scouts legit power from the right side.

Nick Brandt

MASH 16U CARDINAL

Also making the trip down from Minnesota, the MASH Cardinal have a few uncommitted names to watch throughout the tournament. At 6-foot-4, 195-pounds, RHP Aiden Smith (Rockford, 2024) offers physical projection and upside on the hill, pitching in the low-80s with his fastball right now. OF Hudson Poole (Minnetonka, 2024) ran a 6.94 60-yard dash at the Minnesota Top Prospect Games last month. Two backstops, C Michael Reem (Wayzata, 2024) and C Matthew Cunningham (Bloomington Jefferson, 2024) are follows as well.

MIDWEST FUTURES

There’s two names on this Midwest Futures roster that’ll represent Team Missouri at the Future Games next week: OF Jackson Carter (Fort Zumwalt East, 2024) and C/INF Brodie Short (Lutheran St. Charles, 2024). Carter has game-changing speed and may be one of the fastest players in the entire country, running a 6.41 60-yard dash at the St. Louis Top Prospect Games last month. He’s an impact defender in center field as well and swings a short, quick bat from the right side. As for Short, the 6-foot, 202-pound left-handed hitter has thump nestled inside his barrel, repeating hard gap-to-gap contact at that aforementioned event, averaging 88.1 mph with a 96.9 mph peak. Short’s ability to drive hard contact deep is noteworthy, as he averaged 305 feet per batted ball in BP, peaking at 342 feet, per TrackMan.

Jackson Carter

MIDWEST HITMEN 2024

The Hitmen are bringing several fresh faces to Creekside this weekend, but one name we’re familiar with is 1B/RHP Dawson Peterson (Riverdale, 2024). Peterson was a standout at The Rock a few years back during his middle school days and recently had an excellent high school season with Riverdale, earning first team all-area honors in the process. He’s a physical presence on both sides of the ball, generating plenty of strength and shear force from a 6-foot, 240-pound frame.

MN ICEMEN

There’s a handful of prospects to follow on this Minnesota Icemen squad, who feature players from both Minnesota and Wisconsin as they make the trip down to Creekside. RHP Kaden Corlett (Solon Springs, 2024) is one of the top arms in the Badger State and will represent Team Wisconsin at the PBR Future Games next week. The 6-foot-2, 185-pound right-hander has been up to 87 mph with his fastball in the past, showing some feel to spin a breaking ball with depth at 64-66 mph. He’s a projectable arm with live stuff that will likely show louder stuff as he continues to physically fill out his frame. His high school teammate, INF Abraham Ahlberg (Solon Springs, 2024) is another name-to-know on this roster. Ahlberg generates easy barrel speed from the right side in BP, flashing above-average bat strength at the plate. He’s sure-handed on the infield as well, equating to a well-rounded skill-set on the diamond.

Kaden Corlett

From Minnesota, RHP Tristan Moore (Buffalo, 2024) is another prospect to follow on this roster. The 5-foot-11, 173-pound incoming junior pitched in the low-80s at the Minnesota Top Prospect Games, spinning his 73-74 mph breaking ball at a 2,300+ RPM average. He kills spin on his changeup as well, averaging 20 inches of horizontal movement on the pitch at 71-74 mph.

NEBRASKA PROSPECTS SCOUT 2024

The Nebraska Prospects always bring a loaded team to Creekside - their 2023 roster was one of the summer’s most talented and their 2025 group earned a ‘Final Four’ spot at the Super 15s. Things aren’t any different with this 2024 team, as they’re littered with high-end prospects from top to bottom.

One of Nebraska’s top 2024 prospects, OF Brady Brown (Blair, 2024) doesn’t get cheated at the plate, repeatedly getting off aggressive hacks from the right side. He ran a 6.83 60-yard dash this winter with a 93 mph high from the outfield, barreling his hardest ball up at 97 mph, too. Also slotted inside the top-10 on Nebraska’s board, INF Nick Venteicher (Millard West, 2024) repeats an athletic right-handed stroke and owns advanced actions on the infield.

Brady Brown

Few wield the raw power in Nebraska that left-handed hitting Kansas State commit 1B AJ Evasco (Lincoln East, 2024) do. The former PBR Future Games participant peaked at 103.8 mph off the barrel this winter, repeatedly making loud contact off the barrel. A switch-hitter, INF Michael Valdivia (Elkhorn South, 2024) runs a 6.87 60-yard dash and has strength attached to a 5-foot-11, 175-pound frame with some juice off the barrel. Active on the infield with athletic actions to pair, INF Finn Hochstein (Seward, 2024) is yet another top-15 prospect in Nebraska on this squad, as is OF Nick Anglim (Omaha Westside, 2024), who’s a 6.95 runner that repeats hard contact off the barrel, averaging 86.1 mph with a 94 mph max at an event in May. Playing up an age level, C Nikola French (Omaha Westside, 2025) looks the part of a top backstop in Nebraska’s 2025 class, showing our staff loud tools across the board: 88 mph average exit velocity, 95.1 peak exit velocity, 368 foot max distance, and an 81 mph high from the crouch. Finally, Kansas State commit MIF Ty Smolinski (Gretna, 2024) looks the part of a top-of-the-order type bat at the next level from the left side and his glove will stick on the infield moving forward, too.

Nikola French

On the mound, a pair of arms standout for this squad: RHP Jay Coughlin (Omaha Westside, 2024) and LHP Colin Nowaczyk (Elkhorn North, 2024). Coughlin is a 6-foot-3, 205-pound strong, sturdy athlete that’s pitched into the upper-80s with his fastball. The state’s top southpaw, Nowaczyk has pumped his heater into the high-80s as well, breaching the 90 mph mark in our staff’s looks, and he’s an intriguing follow offensively as well.

Jay Coughlin

NEXT LEVEL

We saw this Next Level team at the Kansas City Program Invitational earlier this summer and a handful of players emerged as follows to our staff. OF/RHP Caden Howell (Lansing) slots inside the top-20 prospects for the Kansas’ 2024 class. He’s athletic at the plate with control for his right-handed barrel, and he was also up to 86 mph at the Next Level Scout Day in February with presumably more to come.

Caden Howell

Both INF Kyle Walker (Washburn Rural, 2024) and INF Kyle Graves (Free State, 2024) are left-handed hitting infielders to follow with advanced bat-to-ball skills for their age. They both earned mentions in the ‘Kansas City Program Invitational: More Names To Know’ article where we highlighted standout names from the event. INF Antonio Mendez (Lansing, 2024) was a winner from the Creekside Summer Championships, showing advanced actions at shortstop with a short, level right-handed stroke.

Kyle Walker

NORTHSTAR NAVY

Another team from Minnesota in this field, we’re accustomed to seeing talent from the Northstar program at Creekside and this 16U team is no different.

On the corners, INF Dayton Franke (Robbinsdale-Armstrong, 2024) and INF Paul Jones II (Cretin-Derham Hall, 2024) are physical bats to know. A switch-hitter, Franke stands at 6-foot-3, 235-pounds and he’s shown our Minnesota scouts advanced bat strength from both sides in the past. Jones II owns one of the stronger bats in Minnesota, repeating upper-90s exit velocities at events this winter with noteworthy Blast Motion metrics to pair.

On the mound, RHP Connor Connell (Luverne, 2024) has physical upside attached to a 6-foot-4, 225-pound frame with loud stuff to pair. He’s pumped his fastball into the upper-80s previously for our scouts and spins his slider at 2,500 RPMs on average. RHP Matthew Totten (Prior Lake, 2024) is another upper-80s arm on this staff with a projectable 6-foot-2, 190-pound frame to pair.

Connor Connell

PERFECT TIMING BLUE

There’s plenty of fresh faces we haven’t seen on this Perfect Timing team, and we’re excited to check-in on them as they make their way to Creekside from Arkansas.

OF Dylan Gibson (Har-Ber) slots inside the top-35 prospects on the Arkansas’ 2024 board and he’s a lean, athletic 5-foot-10, 155-pound frame with upside. He was recently a winner at the Top Prospect Upperclass Games, reaching an 85 mph high from the outfield on his hardest bullet. Roaming the outfield with Gibson is OF Bennett Crafton (Rogers Heritage, 2024), who’s a left-handed hitter that also showed well at the aforementioned event. On the mound, LHP Adam Fairbetter (Bentonville, West) and LHP Ty Anderson (Rogers, 2024) are two southpaws to follow for this team.

RAKE CITY 16U

We just saw this Rake City team at The Rock, and both 3B Joe Coffey (Benet Academy) and RHP Wyatt Murphy (Riverside-Brookfield, 2024) stood out to our scouts. Coffey, who stands at 6-foot-3, 190-pounds, caught our attention at the plate, flashing juice off his right-handed barrel. Murphy, who’s the younger brother of Atlanta Braves first-round pick 3B/RHP Owen Murphy (Riverside-Brookfield, 2022), backspins a low-80s fastball from a loose, clean right-handed arm and spins an above-average breaking ball, too.

RAWLINGS ARKANSAS PROSPECTS

There’s firepower on the mound for the Rawlings Arkansas Prospects, including a duo of Arkansas commits: RHP Tag Andrews (Maumelle, 2024) and RHP Carson Wiggins (Roland, 2024). Andrews, who’s a top-300 player in the entire country, produces high-80s heat with his fastball from a quick, whippy arm and upside frame to boot. Wiggins owns a similar arsenal to his counterpart, also capable of running his fastball into the upper-80s. INF Aden Velasquez (Cabot, 2024) is another high-follow prospect on the Arkansas’ board, representing Team Arkansas at the Future Games last summer. He’s a wiry, upside 6-foot-3, 170-pound athlete that brings power projection to the plate and savvy actions on the infield.

Aden Velasquez

RAWLINGS TIGERS ST. LOUIS

RHP Andrew DuMont (St. Louis University, 2024; Tennessee commit) will be one of the top pitching prospects in attendance this weekend. At 6-foot-1, 185-pounds, DuMont has been up to 91 mph in the past, holding upper-80s heat with relative ease from a live, loose arm. DuMont also features a tighter mid-70s curveball and fading changeup in the low-80s. Another high follow arm in Missouri is RHP Henry Cordes (MICDS, 2024), who’s committed to Mizzou. At 6-foot-2, 180-pounds, Cordes’ pumps his fastball at 85-87 mph with ride and run to it at times, while also showing a low-70s curveball.

Andrew DuMont

Another top prospect in the Missouri 2024 class is OF Jack Nobe (St. Francis Borgia), who’s headed to the Future Games next week with Team Select. Nobe oozes physical upside and projection attached to a 6-foot-2, 165-pound frame. Nobe covers ground with his long strides and repeats quality contact from the left side that’ll likely grow into more power as he fills out his frame. He’s also been up to 90 mph from the outfield, further solidifying one of the more intriguing profiles in the class. OF John Spivey (St. Louis Priory, 2024) popped at the Top Prospect Underclass Games in June, showcasing a strong right-handed barrel that aided him in making loud contact during the event’s gameplay. INF Brodie Hunt (Eureka, 2024) has upside attached to a lean, lanky 6-foot-2, 155-pound frame and owns clean actions on the infield for his age. OF Ethan Broser (Pacific, 2024) swings a quick bat from the right side with a level path to contact and was another name to show well at the Rawlings Tigers Scout Day this winter.

Jack Nobe

RHINO BASEBALL

Another team that was just at The Rock and also played in the Illinois Summer Championships earlier this summer, this Rhino Baseball squad has a few prospects that’ve caught our eye thus far. RHP Dylan Nagle (Lockport, 2024) has a relatively high-ceiling on the mound, pumping his fastball in at 83-86 mph from a wiry 6-foot-1, 176-pound frame. Nagle can spin a low-70s breaking ball off an 11/5 plane for strikes as well, and he’s an uncommitted prospect to follow at Creekside this weekend. OF Anthony Xydakis (Morris, 2024) has loud tools attached to his compact frame, running a 6.80 60-yard dash and peaking at 89 mph from the outfield at the Illinois Preseason All-State this winter. Xydakis also averaged 85.6 mph off the bat in BP, reaching a 93 mph max on his hardest barrel. OF Matthew Zeman (Montini Catholic, 2024) is a physical 5-foot-11, 185-pound prospect that’s previously flashed bat strength at our events.

Dylan Nagle

SLAMMERS

Heading our way from Colorado, the Slammers’ program is back in action at the Super 16 and they’re bringing a roster with follow talent on it.

LHP Preston Johansen (Cherry Creek, 2024) slots inside the top-45 prospects in Colorado. The 5-foot-11, 175-pound southpaw is a low-80s arm that works in a slider and changeup as well. INF Andrew Beffel (Mountain Vista, 2024) showed wiry strength and upside at the Colorado Preseason All-State, topping at 85 mph across the infield with loose hands at the plate. Finally, 3B Derek Ball (Chaparral, 2024) brings an upside 6-foot-3, 170-pound frame to the table.

Preston Johansen

STIKS BLACK

The 15U STiKS Black crew had success at the Super 15s last weekend, and their 2024 squad will look to replicate that with the talent capable of doing so.

OF/LHP Bradyn Horn (Muskego, 2024) is the top prospect on this roster, slotting inside the top-15 on the Wisconsin rankings and he’ll represent the Badger State at the Future Games next week, too. Horn, who’s a highly athletic 6-foot, 177-pound right-handed hitter, generates advanced contact off the barrel with relative ease. His 91.8 mph average exit velocity was one of the better marks we saw in Wisconsin this winter, which is even more impressive given his relatively lean stature. Horn moves fluidly around the outfield as well and can be an asset on the mound, pitching in the low-80s from the left side with feel for an above-average breaking ball.

Bradyn Horn

The talent extends past Horn, however, and includes other names on this team, such as RHP/OF Broden Jackson (Milton, 2024). A physical specimen that’s listed at 6-foot-2, 210-pounds, Jackson helped lead the Redhawks to their first ever state championship this spring. He owns raw arm talent on the mound, running his fastball as high as 87 mph in our looks and pairing it with a low-70s curveball. Still developing full feel for himself on the hill, Jackson’s sheer stature and athleticism for his size equate to a relatively high ceiling on the mound down the road. INF/RHP Cooper Kamlay (Franklin, 2024) is a two-way follow, showing our scouts 6.73 speed, quality bat-to-ball data, and sure-handed infield actions in the past. Kamlay has also been up to 85 mph on the mound and spins a sharp curveball in the mid-70s. Another position player to follow is INF JJ Wolbert (Kettle Moraine, 2024), who’s a scrappy, top-of-the-order type bat from the left side that can really defend on the infield, too. INF Landon Hagenow (Kettle Moraine Lutheran) had a productive spring for KML and is a name that’s popped onto our crew’s radar over the last few months.

Two more arms to follow from STiKS: RHP Ryan Richter (Waukesha West, 2024) and RHP Ben Moser (Sussex Hamilton, 2024). The 6-foot-4, 210-pound Richter has been up to 85 mph in the past, typically pitching in the low-80s with plenty more to come. Moser doesn’t lack size either, bringing a 6-foot-5, 230-pound frame to the mound each time he toes the rubber. He works directly downhill, featuring a mid-to-high-80s fastball and a breaking ball that averages nearly 15 inches of horizontal movement, per TrackMan.

TOP TIER AMERICANS

The expectations are high for this Top Tier Americans 16U team, especially after their 2023 group showcased one of the more talented rosters we’d seen at Creekside this summer. Luckily, this roster has an abundance of high-end prospects in Illinois that are capable of meeting that mark.

It starts on the mound for this team, where some of the top arms the Illinois’ 2024 class has to offer call home. RHP Ryan Sloan (York, 2024; Wake Forest) and RHP Luke Oblen (DePaul College Prep, 2024) are both highly ranked national prospects who, if they continue on their current track, will hear their name called two summers from now in the 2024 MLB Draft. Not too far behind them is Tennessee commit RHP Aidan Hayse (Joliet Catholic Academy, 2024), who’s set to rise up fairly high next time the Illinois’ 2024 rankings are updated. The 6-foot-3, 175-pound Hayse has one of the more projectable arms in the Midwest, currently touching a relatively easy 90 mph max with his fastball. RHP Luke Weber (Highland Park, 2024) is another upside arm with athleticism that’ll represent Team Illinois at the Future Games next week, and both RHP Trevor Rehnstrom (Glenbard East, 2024) and LHP Luca Fiore (Nazareth Academy, 2024) are uncommitted follows on the mound, each of them standing out at The Rock last weekend.

Aidan Hayse

A trio of standout names make up this Top Tier infield: INF Kenny Perez (De La Salle, 2024), INF Jonathan Fleaka (Lake Zurich, 2024; Illinois-Chicago), and INF Jameson Martin (St. Laurence, 2024). Perez will don the Team Illinois’ jersey at the Future Games next week and he’s one of the state’s top prospects, showcasing a certain ease to him in all aspects of his game. He’s an advanced defender on the infield with a loose, powerful right-handed stroke to pair, making up an incredibly enticing future profile. Fleaka has long hit in front of our scouts, showing pure bat-to-ball skills for his age and an innate ability to cover the zone. Martin started and played a huge role on a 30+ win St. Laurence squad this spring. He’s also a savvy defender on the infield with a glove that will stick up the middle long term while also making improvements offensively over the last year.

Kenny Perez

C Randall Nauden (Brother Rice, 2024) represented Team Illinois at the PBR Future Games last year as an underclassmen. He saw time behind the plate for a top-ranked Crusaders’ squad this spring and is a valuable asset behind the plate, especially with his ability to square up the baseball. OF Parker Violett (Kaneland, 2024) is a 6-foot-3, 195-pound prospect that showed borderline elite bat strength at the Top Tier Scout Day, squaring his hardest ball up at 99.6 mph, while OF/LHP Brandon Schultz (Stevenson, 2024) ran a 6.75 60-yard dash this winter and recorded a peak exit velocity of 96.3 mph in BP.

TOP TIER NATIONALS

INF Zachary Pyles (Warren, 2024) wields a loud, physical right-handed bat that’s produced low-90s exit velocities on average at our events in the past, peaking at 99.4 mph. RHP Ethan Godlewski (Lincoln-Way East, 2024) produces a low-80s fastball from a strong 6-foot, 200-pound frame and pairs it with two secondaries that have noteworthy movement profiles. RHP Brennan Wagner (Nazareth Academy, 2024) is an upside follow on the mound with thin levers attached to a 6-foot-1, 165-pound frame.

Zachary Pyles

UA ST. LOUIS PROSPECTS SCOUT

Two names from the Prospects Scout team on Team Missouri for the Future Games are C Xander Schmitt (Lafayette, 2024) and LHP/OF Brady Kehlenbrink (Parkway South, 2024). Schmitt was arguably the event’s top prospect in attendance, barreling balls at an 89.3 mph average with a 101.5 mph peak. He also ran a 6.68 60-yard dash and topped at 80 mph from the crouch, popping in the 1.86-to-1.94 range. Kehlenbrink looks the part, boasting a well-proportioned 6-foot-1, 195-pound frame with strength. He’s been up to 87 mph from the left side in previous looks with a four-pitch arsenal and also homered during the gameplay portion of that aforementioned event.

There’s several follow prospects in Missouri’s 2024 class in this group, including INF Hayden Bates (Festus, 2024) and OF Charlie Bennett (Parkway South, 2024). Bates, who helped lead Festus to the 5A state championship game this spring, is a strong 6-foot, 205-pound prospect with inherent bat strength to pair. He averaged 87.5 mph off the barrel at the St. Louis Top Prospect Games, one of the day’s highest marks, and has performed in-game to our scouts as well. Bennett ran a 6.67 at the event and reached a peak speed of 21 mph, per Swift Performance. He’s a premium athlete in the class with advanced pop to pair from the left side, barreling balls up at an 87.5 mph average with a peak batted distance of 345 feet per TrackMan. OF/C Garrett Puckett (Francis Howell, 2024) and INF Will Gebhart (Lafayette, 2024) are names to follow as well.
