Missouri Class of 2024 Rankings Story

The initial PBR Missouri 2024 Class Rankings have been launched after a baseball packed summer. Through loaded events and talent rich tournaments at our new Creekside facility and Lakepoint where many Missouri teams traveled to compete, we were able to get our eyes on more prospects more times than ever before. Check out the committed players, the top prospects and the complete 2024 class rankings below. 

The Committed

The first three of many to come are off the board are already in the Missouri 2024 class. Here is a brief breakdown of these three standouts who have already shown themselves at both the state and national level. Jonas, Dickerson and Wassmann all check in the PBR 2024 national rankings.

Bo Jonas C / Liberty North, MO / 2024

The state's top ranked catcher is a shutdown defender with plus receiving skills and pop times ranging 1.9-20 with a strong accurate arm. Offensively has strength in his swing and current gap power (94 exit vlo). When on the mound Jonas has been as high as 87 mph.

Drew Dickerson SS / Lee's Summit West, MO / 2024

A long athletic strong bodied SS has the physical tool set, to go along with a plus bat. Dickerson does many things well but that bat is the what stands out, one of the top performers in the country at the Junior Future Games hitting for a high average and showing present pull side power.

Devin Wassmann OF / Platte County , MO / 2024

An impact athletic left handed bat. Wassman is an above average runner (6.95 60)and defender in the outfield. Offensively he is a difference maker with an exit vlo of 92 and plus bat speed. Wassman was a standout performer at the Missouri Summer Underclass Games.

The Top Uncommitted

A look at four of the top top ranked uncommitted players in the state who have stood out.

Trey Snyder SS / Liberty North, MO / 2024

The state's top ranked player and nationally regarded as an elite talent in the 2024 class. Snyder is a well rounded player, defensively is an elite defender with smooth infield actions and strong throwing arm (86 mph across the diamond). Offensively Snyder routinely performs at a high level in game with plus bat speed and has the ability to hit for power. 6.78 60

Ashton Williams RHP / Kennett, MO / 2024

Some of the loudest physical tool set in the state belong to Williams. The RHP/OF comes in with a 6.7 60, 105 exit vlo (TrackMan), throwing vlo 84 and plus bat speed. On the mound his FB sit 83-85 with a change and a late breaking slider thrown in the mid 70's.

Bret Yarger OF / Rolla , MO / 2024

Another physically gifted player to keep an eye on that has posted some eye opening raw numbers, showing to be one of the state's top athletes. The ball jumps off the bat during BP (97 exit vlo TrackMan) and above average runner 6.75 60 and a good accurate throwing arm from the outfield.

Lukas Wilson SS / Staley, MO / 2024

Switching hitting SS with a high baseball IQ and competitor. Table setter type, gap to gap approach with a good feel for the barrel producing lots of hard contact. Has good hands and footwork defensively and a quick exchange. Above average runner.
