The 2022 high school baseball season is back in the state of Mississippi. The PBR Mississippi staff will be out in full-force throughout the duration of the season with wall-to-wall coverage of big games, standout performances from players, and much more. 

Our PBR staff worked diligently at ranking these top 25 teams, while looking at their last season accomplishments along with key losses and returning impact players. These rankings will obviously continue to change as teams play more games as the season goes on. But for now, let's take a look at the Mississippi Power 25. after week 3!

Quite a bit of movement this week with the biggest jump being Starkville Academy moving into the Top 10 after knocking off Jackson Prep, Lewisburg, Tupelo, and Hartfield Academy. Lets see if they continue their surge towards the top of the rankings. Another team off to a very hot start is East Central as they move to 9-0 on the young season. We also have a new #1 as Northwest Rankin moves into the top spot. Lots of changes possible over the next week as district play gets under way and PBR Mississippi is excited about getting out and covering more games across the state.
