The 2022 high school baseball season is back in the state of Mississippi. The PBR Mississippi staff will be out in full-force throughout the duration of the season with wall-to-wall coverage of big games, standout performances from players, and much more. 

Our PBR staff worked diligently at ranking these top 25 teams, while looking at their last season accomplishments along with key losses and returning impact players. These rankings will obviously continue to change as teams play more games as the season goes on. But for now, let's take a look at the Mississippi Power 25. after week 4!

Once again we have lots of movement as the #1 spot is becoming hard to hold on to. Last season's 4A State Champion's, the West Lauderdale Knights move up to the top spot after a 10-0 start to the 2022 season. Magnolia Height's continues a steady climb as their lineup features a well balanced attack from 1 to 9 and it will be tough for pitchers to keep them from continuing to score runs. Let's see if their pitching will keep them close to the top. 

As teams begin to get into mid-season shape, the next few weeks could allow even more teams to make a statement. Stay tuned!
