Preseason All-State Scouting Analysis: Session 1

PBR Alabama Staff

The third annual Preseason All-State event was held this past Sunday, January 17th, at the All Star Sports Training Facility in Cullman, AL. All 3 sessions featured high-profile players from the 2021 through 2024 classes from all across the state. Position players went through a pro-style workout by running a laser-timed 60 yard dash, offensive evaluation (including BP with Trackman and Blast data), and a defensive positional workout. Pitchers then finished each session up by throwing a 15-18 pitch pen where they also got Trackman data on their pitching performance. As has been mentioned previously, this event rivaled any that we have had in our state since our inception in 2018. Today, we take a look at each player and their scouting reports from Session 1. Keep checking back later in the week, as we will also take a look at each player that attended Session 2 and Session 3.
