With 2022 coming to a close we begin to take a look back at the year that was.  PBR offers players a chance to connect with coaches and scouts with a full profile, including stats, advanced analytics, and video. As we look back at 2022, we take a look at the most viewed player profiles in North Carolina over the past year. All Major League Organizations and over 900 colleges are subscribed to PBR services. With all the information provided, it allows coaches and scouts to get an idea of who the player is as well as track their progress throughout their careers.

PBR will see profile hits go over 12.75 million in 2022 with an average of over 1.5 million hits per month. Some of the most popular ways to a player profile page are through event pages, tournament pages, player search, news articles, and rankings. From now to the end of 2022, we will highlight the top 10 most viewed profiles in 2022 in North Carolina.

Most Viewed in NC - No. 6 Dylan Pasternak

Dylan Pasternak is a 5-foot-11, 165 pound middle infielder from Leesville Road HS in Raleigh.  The right handed hitter has shown good athleticism with a frame that will easily handle weight and strength as he continues to mature and get stronger.  Attending events is a quick way to get eyes on your profile.  Attending events and putting up top of the roster numbers at each event is a way to draw eyes throughout the year.

Pasternak attended a PBR Scout Day, a Team Carolina trial, plus the Top Prospect Games and the Top Underclass Games.  At each event, he posted numbers that got him on the leader board, not only for the event, but also for the season and he may appear on some boards as we go through our 2022 leaders.  After each event, his profile saw a "pop" on the number of views on his profile, eventually landing him at No. 6 on this list.

Peak exit velocity at 92.8 mph, average EV at 85.7 mph. Squared a ball up to right for a double and lined a ball to first in game action. Shows athleticism on the infield.

5-foot-11, 160-pound frame with projection ahead. Loose swing with quick hands. Consistently hit balls off the barrel in BP with a gap to gap approach. Top exit velocity at 93.6 mph. Squared a ball up to the right center gap for a double in game action, 4.79 on the turn. Athletic defender with the ability to play on the run. Arm reached 83 mph in the workout.
