NC Players at the Prestigous PBR National Program Invitational

The National Program Invitational took at LakePoint in Georgia, hosting travel teams in four age groups: 17U, 16U, 15U and 14U. Prep Baseball Report posted quick notes for each level from each day during the event. North Carolina players were prominently featured as several teams impressed in the elite tournament, featuring 24 of the top programs in the country. Justin Best, SS, 2023
Team Elite – Nation - 14U
6-foot-3, 170 pounds. Athletic frame. Showed well on both sides of the ball. At short, has athletic actions; quick hands, feet work well. At the plate, left handed hitter, showed an uphill plane with gap-to-gap power. Lined a triple in the gap.

Team Elite Prime – 15U
Fastball worked downhill early in the finals of the 15U bracket, sitting 86-90 with occasional sink to the arm side and mixing in a mid-70s breaking ball. Athletic frame with more to come.
