After being obliterated with their initial tournament picks as the brackets were released, Brandon & Matt are back to put their stamp on the Championship Series. See who they favor in this matchup, across a variety of different ways to analyze the teams.
Brandon Hall: Perquimans brings a legitimate ace plus a ton of fire power in a lineup that has just blistered opposing pitchers throughout the year. Cherryville has played really well down the stretch and will need to limit the free bases throughout the series and continue to play very well in late game situations to have a shot at the title.
Matt Payne: Perquimans has an explosive offense that can score in bunches. If they pitch it like they have been they will be tough to beat. Cherryville has won an elimination game and won't back down this weekend, if they can control the Pirate offense they could make this an interesting series.
