Davie- 0  Reagan- 1

Reagan hosted Davie on Tuesday evening for a Central Piedmont 4A matchup. Reagan came into the game at 7-1 in league play with Davie having a record of 5-3.

Josh Hartle started on the mound for Reagan and wasted no time getting his guys in to hit after a 3 up 3 down first inning. 2-hole hitter Colby Welborn reached on a misplayed fly ball and quickly advanced to second. Hartle then lined a ball to left to score Welborn in what would be the only run of the game.

Davie starter Jaydon Holder kept his team in the game putting up zeros after the first inning. The Davie offense couldn't put anything together against Hartle who was dominant only allowing 2 hits while striking out 9.

With the win Reagan improves to 9-2 overall on the year and is in first place in the Central Piedmont 4A.
