The Five: Standouts From Summer Scout Days

The Five is a weekly feature highlighting players from across North Carolina.  PBR North Carolina associate scout Matt Payne zeroes in on prospects fitting the category of the week, noting performances, stats, and video.

This week The Five highlights some players from PBR’s summer scout days.  Scout Days allow clubs and teams to run a pro-style workout giving players verified statistics, an evaluation from a trusted PBR scout, and video to add to a player’s PBR profile page.  The five prospects featured this week impressed during their workouts and all have plenty of projection left.  All underclassman, they are still uncommitted.  For several, the recruiting process should be picking up soon if it hasn’t already.

Throughout the summer, PBR held scout days with organizations from across the state.  Some of the organizations include Ultimate Performance Baseball, Charlotte MegaStars, American Legion Region IV, The Performance Academy, Next Level Baseball, Rawlings Prospects, and the CBA Copperheads.  Each team's roster from their scout day is available on the PBR Events Page
