The NCAA early signing period starts November 14th. With the fall signing period upon us, we look to break down each individual Division I commitment from in-state prospects, where they are headed and what tools they will bring with them.

Boston College Eagles

Overview: Coach Gambino and his staff have put together another stellar class. The class is made up of 5 pitchers, 4 infielders, 1 catcher, 1 outfielder and 2 potential 2-way players. The class has 3 players from the New England region.

Max Geig is a long and lanky right-hander who projects through the roof. Daniel Baruch is an offensive player with a good feel for pitching on the bump. He should have an impact offensively early in his career. Barry Walsh is a physical right-handed hitting outfielder.

The remaining commits are from outside the New England region.

Coach Gambino is very high on every one of his incoming players. Gold is a legit right-handed hitting infielder. Landwehr comes from Calvert Hall is Maryland, an early offensive contributor. Cimini is a corner infielder who will compete for playing time immediately. Moore is a hard throwing right-hander out of Connecticut. Landwehr is an offensive catcher from Maryland, look for him to compete early in his freshman campaign. Krzemienski is a left-hander out of NY who can pitch, adds another left-handed arm to the staff. Campbell is a legit athlete from Michigan, look for him to do a multitude of things. McMonagle is a legit right-handed pitcher out of NJ who will get innings early in his career. Lastly, Florides is a plus defender at shortstop, look for him to play early in the middle of the field.

Max Gieg is a legit right-handed pitching prospect. When he is healthy look for him to make an impact early on.
Daniel Baruch is a right-handed hitting first baseman and left-handed pitcher. He excels in both areas, but the bat in-game is special.
Luke Gold is a physical right-handed hitting infielder who should play often and early.
Vincent Cimini is a corner infielder who shows athleticism and can swing the bat.
Evan Moore is a hard throwing right-handed pitcher. The secondary stuff is coming along well and the command is trending up.
Parker Landwehr is a solid catching prospect, they like the bat and expect him to compete early on for playing time.
Jon Campbell Jr. is a do it all type player. He can pitch, hit and plays multiple spots as a positional player.
Barry Walsh is a right-handed hitting outfielder, runs well and has some juice in the bat. Can play all 3 outfield spots.
Brian McMonagle is a right-hander out of New Jersey. The stuff is advanced and he has a good feel for pitching.
Michael Florides is a plus defender, they expect him to step onto campus and pick it.. The bat is trending up, look for him to be a special one down the line.

Brown Bears

Overview: The Brown coaching staff put many hours in covering the country for this years class. The class features, 4 arms, one being a potential two way player and 4 position players.

All the arms look like they throw strikes and compete at a high level, with projectable futures. The 4 position players all should compete for at bats early in their careers. Good looking class.

Jacob Burley, a right-handed hitting catcher, strong opposite field power. Defensively, solid catch and throw guy, should compete for innings.
Matthias Haas, a right-handed hitting middle infield. At the plate short compact line drive swing. Defensively, has soft hands, arm has carry and flight across the diamond.
Ryan Marra, a two way player, at the plate, has a chance to hit right in the middle of the lineup and hit with power. Off the mound two pitch guy, fastball in the mid 80's with a hard slider, should be able to help out of the bullpen.
Tobey McDonough, a right-handed pitcher, fastball clocked at 85-88 mph, breaking ball thrown for strikes, harder slider with depth. Another arm out of the bullpen.
Derian Morphew, another potential two way player. At the plate swing is short and quick from left side, long strider in the outfield, arm looks to be above average. Off the mound, two pitch arsenal, in fastball curve ball, should give the bullpen depth.
Bobby Olsen, a right-handed pitcher, fastball sits in the 85-88 mph range. Secondary stuff is thrown for strikes. Look for him to earn innings as a freshman.
Raymond Sass, a long and lengthy right-handed hitting middle infielder. At the plate shows potential to hit with power at some point. Defensively, projects out to be able to play a corner position.
John Torroella, a right-handed pitcher, fastball is low to mid 80's, with action to it. Throws two breaking balls, both are above average, quality out pitches. Look for him to help in the bullpen immediately.

Bryant Bulldogs

Overview: Bryant put together another solid class, picking up three right-handed pitchers and four position players.

Alex Lane is the top position player, a right-handed hitting catcher. The frame is outstanding at 6-foot-5, shows to have athleticism, arm is clean and quick, clocked at 80 mph, with a pop time of 1.98. At the plate the swing is short and compact, with juice to the gaps. Liam LeVangie, a quick arm righty, fastball sits in the mid to upper 80's with feel for the secondary stuff.

Jarod Dalrymple is a left-handed hitting outfielder, smooth swing, lift and loft to it. Average runner, throws very well, clean long arm.
Parker Hansen is a right-handed pitcher, fast arm from a higher slot, bore action to fastball, with a breaking ball in the mid 70's, projectable frame.
Derek Smith a right-handed hitter, shows to have good pop, runs well, top of the order type hitter, with power.
Nick McDonald is a right-handed pitcher, three pitch mixer, fastball sits 87-88 mph, feel for the changeup with fade action, and ability to drop the breaking ball in at 72-74 mph.
Liam Levangie, a two-way player, off the mound, fastball is in the mid to upper 80's, shows to have feel for his hard slider. At the plate, gap to gap approach with strength to the pull side.
Tommy DiTullio, a right-handed hitting middle infielder, simple, balanced approach with feel to get the barrel to the baseball. Defensively, looks to be able to play all infield spots, a true baseball player.

Central Connecticut State University Blue Devils

Overview: Coach Hickey and Recruiting Coordinator Pat Hall put together another quality class. The class features 4 pitchers, 2 from both sides of the mound, along with 2 middle infielders a corner infielder and catcher.

Anthony Mozzicato a left-handed pitcher out of East Catholic, has the makings of being a front line arm, 3 pitch mix. The fastball sits in the mid 80's with feel for the secondary stuff. Jack Kelley a right-hander out of Newington, can really spin the baseball, projectable frame, with super clean quick arm. Elliot Good, a SS from Maloney, has a chance to be a high level defender. Vince Camera, can play multiple positions, top tool is the hit tool, chance to hit with power down the road.

Connecticut Huskies

Overview: Coach Penders and staff continue to bring in some of the best talent in the New England area.

This years class consists of 5 pitchers, 2 of them being potential power left-handers and the other 3 right-handers all have major pitch-ability, with projectable arms.

The 5 position players are all extremely athletic, will be able to move them around. This offensive class looks to have the potential to hit and hit with power at some point.

Andrew Marrero, a right-handed pitcher, fast quick arm with a nasty slider ball. The fastball is at 86-90 mph, look for him to get innings as a freshman.
Zachary Donahue, a left-handed hitting middle infielder, better suited for second base, can handle the bat, good legs, a true baseball player.
Gaven Kee, a strong, solid right-handed hitter, power to all fields, runs well, will need to work his way into the lineup, gives Coach Penders depth in the outfield.
Sam Favieri, 6-foot, right-handed pitcher, fastball is 85-88 mph, feel for a true curveball in the low 70's. Should compete for innings out of the bullpen.
Chris Brown, a right-handed hitting infielder, projects out to play the corners. The top tool is his ability to swing the bat, look for the power to erupt at some point. Big time athleticism to his 6-foot 4 frame.
Reggie Crawford, big left-handed pitcher, fastball is in the upper 80's with a sprinkle of some 90's. The spin pitch is average at best, raw at the moment on the mound, potential to be a weekend starter at some point.
Todd Petersen, a right-handed hitter, top tool is the ability to swing the bat. Defensively projects out to play one of the corners spots. The frame is long and lengthy, assed weight is a must, potential to hit and hit with power.
Patrick Gallagher, a right-handed pitcher, larger frame, pounds the zone with two pitches. the fastball sits in the mid 80's, with an above average curve ball, real good feel for throwing it for strikes. Look for him to carry a big workload up at Storrs.
Tyler Griggs, a smooth swinging left-handed hitter, simple approach, drives the baseball to all fields, a professional approach. Defensively, shows to have enough arm to stick at third base, could end up being an offensive second baseman.

Dartmouth Big Green

Overview: Solid class put together by Coach Whalen and his assistant coaches. The only pulled one recruit out of the New England region. Conner Bertsch is a right-handed hitting middle infielder with a good feel for the game.

The remainder of the class consist of 4 right-handed pitcher, 1 left-handed pitcher, 2 outfielders and and a left-handed hitting infielder in Peter O'Toole. The class on the whole is a very good one and should keep Dartmouth in the hunt on a yearly basis to compete for a Ivy League Championship

Gerry Peacock is a welcomed addition to the Big Green as the expectation is for him to step in a compete for innings early in his freshman campaign.
Luke Carpenter makes the trek north to pitch for Dartmouth, the left-hander shows a good feel for pitching and should garner innings early on.
Peter O'Toole is a left-handed hitting infielder. The foot speed and athleticism are very good. The ability to defend is present as he can play all 3 spots. Peter should compete for playing time early on.
Ernest Adendorff is a right-hander out of California. Dartmouth has had tremendous success with players in California and Ernest falls right into that category.
Kolton Freeman is right-handed hitting outfielder out of Laguna in California. The 6-foot-1, 175-pound right-handed hitter looks to compete for an outfield spot early on.
Connor Bertsch is a right-handed hitting infielder out of St. Sebastian's in Mass. The 5-foot-9, 175-pound infielder comes from a legit high school program who is used to winning regularly.
James House is left-handed hitting outfielder from the great state of Texas. The bat plays as the expectation is for him to contribute immediately.
Jack Metzger is a right-hander out of Ohio. The projection is immense as he is long and lanky at 6-foot-4, 175-pounds. The fastball velocity is mid to upper 80's with more in the tank. The secondary pitches are coming along nicely.
Will Shephard of the Bolles School in Florida is another pitcher who should compete early on the process.

Fairfield Stags

Overview: Coach Currier and recruiting coordinator Ted Hurval, worked long and hard on this recruiting class. They continue to recruit quality left-handed pitchers and athletic middle infielders, which they move all over the field.

Look for Charlie Pagliarini from St. Joe's and the powerhouse Baseball U CT to see time right away, potential to hit right in the middle of the lineup. Good looking recruiting class.

Jack Erbeck, A two-way player, is low mid 80s off the mound. A first baseman with strength in the bat.

Hartford Hawks

Overview: Coach Blood and his assistants look to have brought in another outstanding class. A total of 10 players, 6 being pitchers and 4 of them position players.

The top position player is catcher, Tyler Holmes, plays both sides of the field, look for him to get time right away.

The top arm is Jeremie Torres, JUCO transfer, major pitch-ability and feel, upper 80's arm. The rest of the class has many pieces for success, look for program to continue to build momentum.

Kyle Marrapese, a left-handed pitcher, should be able to get innings as a freshman multiple ways. The fastball is in the low to mid 80's, can really spin the baseball, breaker is an out pitch.
Tremayne Cobb Jr, a slick fielding middle infielder, good feet with arm strength. At the plate, looks to have pop to the pull side, a true athlete, look for him to find his way in the lineup at some point his freshman year.
Zane Robbins, a right-handed pitcher, low to mid 80's fastball, breaking pitch looks to be an out pitch.
Ken Turner, a large framed right-handed pitcher, fastball is 87-88, with bore action and ride to it. The slider is hard in the mid 70's, thrown for strikes. Look for Turner to get innings rather quick as a freshman.
Tyler Holmes, A right-handed hitting catcher, balanced approach at the plate, line drives with pop to the pull side. Defensively, is solid, pop time of 2.0 on the bag with good arm strength, solid receiver.
Cory Kessler, a right-handed pitcher, competes at a very high level, fastball at 85-88 mph, good slider at 75-77 mph. Looks to pound the zone and attack hitters.
Michael Shepa, a strike throwing left-hander, fastball in the low 80's with advanced secondary stuff.
Connor Goggin, right-handed hitting outfielder, throws extremely well, runs ok, a tick above average. the bat should play, baseball finds the barrel, should compete for at bats as a freshman.
Jeremie Torres, a JUCO transfer from Bergen CC in NJ, three pitch mixer, pounds the zone, arm is super clean, fastball 87-90 mph, lives in the bottom part of the zone. Look for him to make an immediate impact, potential to pitch on the weekends.

Harvard Crimson

Overview: Coach Decker and company are still working on there class as we speak. To our knowledge, they have two legit outfielders coming in the class of 2019 and the addition of right-hander Ian Bruckner.

Holy Cross Crusaders

Overview: Coach Dicenzo and his staff are making another run at a Patriot League title. The class of 2019 is a good step in the right direction.

They are bringing in 6 pitchers, 2 infielders and a catcher. The class provides depth on the mound and athleticism positionally. They have done a nice job of covering the New England region and adding on players from local states.
