Updated Class of 2025 Player Rankings (August)

The 2025 recruiting class is loaded with talented players. This summer has been unlike any other summer we have been through but the 2025 class showed out. We have seen a number of 2025 graduates and expect to see a bunch more as we roll into the fall.

Below we will take a look at “Who's At The Top”, "The Risers", "The Sleepers" and "Top Uncommitted By Position".

Covering six states, New England is a prime area for legit baseball talent and now we would like to bring to you the 2025 Player Rankings.

WHO’S AT THE TOP?

  • Carter Bentley, physical right-handed hitting outfielder and right-handed pitcher. Had a breakout week at the Future Games, earning him the #1 ranking in the class of 2025.
  • Matthew McDowell, athletic infielder who hits left-handed and shows well on the bump. The UConn commit has his best days in front of him.
  • Gabriel Malaret, ranked 3rd in New England continues to show well as the arm is above average as well as the bat.
  • Danny Flynn, ranked 4th in New England, had a big summer on the circuit. The bat and athleticism stand out.
  • Bradley McCafferty, right-handed hitter, the bat is advanced. He shows well behind the plate and on the mound. He is an excellent prospect who rounds out our top 5 ranked players.
  • Camden Righi, committed to UConn, big time bat from the left-side.

THE RISERS

  • Michael Poole, athletic arm with the makings of plus stuff. The fastball has been up to 85 mph.
  • Logan Rembish, clean arm and ultra athletic right-hander. Good looking prospect.
  • Boden Swanson, athletic player who does everything well on the field.
  • Jake LeFrancois, right-hander with plus arm speed and the makings of a good spin pitch.
  • Will O’Donnell, athletic middle infielder. He showed plus instincts at an event this summer.
  • Caden Calabro, left-handed hitting catcher. The bat is advanced.
  • Matthew Stuart, big right-hander with a plus arm.

THE SLEEPERS

  • Will Norris, plus athlete who runs and swings the bat.
  • Derek Davis, is an athletic outfielder with good ball to bat skills.
  • Jacob Gladu, big left-handed hitter who projects very well.
  • Ian McWhinnie, right-hander who has really come on this summer.
  • Sam Seaton, athletic player who projects at the plate and on the mound.
  • Ben Prince, plus instincts on the diamond and the feel at the plate is advanced.
  • Cooper Tarlie, plus arm behind the dish and above average hand speed at the plate.
