RAMSEY –– We at the Prep Baseball Report New Jersey are extremely excited to announce that the annual New Jersey State Games will be held at Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey, N.J. For the past two years, the biggest event of the summer has been hosted in Red Bank, N.J. at Count Basie Field. The event has brought over 30 coaches each year over the course of the several days of the event to watch 80+ players from New Jersey.

The Don Bosco Prep facility is complete with a state-of-the-art turf field along with three full batting cages along the left field line and a full bullpen. Arguably one of the best high school facilities in the state, Don Bosco is equipped with professional lighting fixtures to extend games well into the evening.

The Prep Baseball Report ran an event at Don Bosco in September of 2015, attracting over 30 coaches to watch the top underclassmen play, and we are extremely excited to return in 2018.

Year after year, Don Bosco is one of the top programs in the state – finishing in the national rankings multiple times in the past 10 years. Coach Mike Rooney has sent numerous players to Division I schools, and routinely has some of the top players in the state.
