Leader Board: Fall 2020 TrackMan Fastball Leaders

PBR ran a number of events in the fall of 2020, allowing players to update their metrics, while compiling video for their PBR Profiles. With over 900 college coaches and universities subscribed, players with full profiles are able to be searched based on their individual information, and the stats they have posted.

The leader board from the fall of 2020 begins on August 15, running through the rest of the year. All of the stats compiled have been verified by a PBR scout in attendance.

Below is the list of events considered for the Fall of 2020 Leader Board:

TrackMan Pitching

At PBR Events, and a couple of events covered by PBR, TrackMan was used to track the ball flight during bullpens, or live game action. TrackMan gives evaluators the ability to see live metrics, pitch-by-pitch. TrackMan is able to give info on velocity, spin rate, and movement for each pitch. While individual metrics on any given pitch is only giving the evaluator a piece of the puzzle, the ability to see all of the information allows coaches to dissect pitchers quicker, with strong evidence of where they are and where they could be in the near future. All statistics below were gathered by TrackMan at each event.
