Through the all the nor’easters, black ice, road salt stains, and your occasional common cold lies a time of the year that throws all baseball players, coaches, parents, and scouts alike into a frenzy: the spring.

April 1st and the start of the 2019 Spring Season will be here before you know it, and we will be out and about providing our second-to-none boots-on-the-ground scouting to the Garden State. OUTLOOK
With a great core of seniors returning and the addition of Andy Blake as a postgraduate (via Hopewell Valley HS, NJ), the Raiders are poised for another successful season. Coach Monfiletto’s squad plays an extremely difficult schedule with out of conference opponents such as Somerville, Allentown, St. Augustine, Seton Hall Prep, Christian Brothers Academy, Middletown South and Immaculata and feel confident about competing with each of these excellent programs. “We feel great about our pitching, our hitting continues to improve and our base running and speed will allow us to create runs consistently. We will be very strong up the middle including our veteran catcher Danny Melnick and SS McGwire Tuffy. The leadership of this senior class has been nothing short of outstanding. Their work ethic and commitment is unprecedented and we're looking forward to seeing that pay dividends during the season” Montiletto explained. The Raiders open up their season in 2019 playing the Lawrenceville School.
