NJ Insider: Future Games Team NJ/NY Top Pitcher: RHP Tyler Ras

The Future Games in Westfield, Indiana are quickly approaching and over the course of the next couple weeks leading up to the event, the PBR staff will be highlighting some of the top prospects that will be participating. Tyler Ras is Team NJ/NY's top pitching prospect to watch.

Tyler Ras, RHP, Middletown North HS, NJ
Ras is lanky and athletic at 6-foot-4, 175 pounds. He has a long, clean arm action and throws from a high-3/4 slot. His mechanics are smooth and his arm is quick. He consistently sits 87-89, touching 90. His best secondary pitch is a changeup at 66 with splitter-like tumble. The curveball has small break.
