The 2025 Nevada High School baseball season is quickly approaching and, as usual, excitement is abound throughout the state. Players and coaches have been working in preparation for the upcoming season and, as is the case each year, there are some very talented players and teams throughout the Silver State.

Teams across the state have goals and aspirations to finish their seasons by raising the 2025 NIAA State Championship trophy, but there is plenty of work to be done before that becomes reality. We hope to familiarize our readers with many of the teams across the state as we preview individual teams throughout Nevada and will take you right up to first pitch this season with these team previews, eventually releasing our Preseason Top 10 Rankings that’ll carry us into the opening week of action.

Team Outlook

The Gaels come into the 2025 Season with the senior core four in USC Signee - Nolan Eberwein, Rice Signee - Ryan Hunter, Northwestern Signee - James Whitaker and CSN Signee - Koa Young, that look to set the tone and lead the way this Spring with one goal in mind. These seniors are expected to be the catalyst, but Bishop Gorman will have a crew of difference makers that we project to have their breakout Springs in 2024 Future Gamers - Chase Wilk, Hudson Ciulla and Alec Kajioka, along with standouts middle infielder Justin Rodrigues. With Whitaker, Young and Ciulla set to lead the way on the mound, Dylan Blinn and Noah Ramos will also play a significant role to eat up valuable innings and step up in key situation throuhgout the season and into a deep playoff run. Coming in at #3 in the Prep Baseball Nevada Preseason Rankings, Gorman could very well be the group that raises the State Title trophy with this deep squad that has the depth at the plate and on the mound to get it done.
