NEVADA - This season, we are excited roll out a new feature, the Prep Baseball Nevada Daily Round Up. This feature will include final scores and game notes from selected games going on throughout the state and will be updated daily to be your one stop shop for all things Nevada High School Baseball.

| Despite big days at the plate from the Wolves 1-4 hitters - Kelley, Tate Southisene, Giles, Lee - Nevada's top ranked team came up just short against a talented Mater Academy group out of Florida. | |||

| A quiet game through the first 3 innings, the Gaels offense got a jumpstart in the 4th with a 5 run inning behind 6 QABs that started with a Hunter HBP. The Falcons were able to scratch 2 across in the 5th, but BG answered with 3 more to behind 8 more QABs. CSN Signee, Young, stood tall on the bump for BG, going 6.0, striking out 2, allowing 0 ER. | |||

| The high powered offense of PV only needed 4 innings to put up the 17 runs to enforce the run-rule and notch their 12th win of the year. Huge days at that from almost every player in the lineup with 7 hitters registering multiple hits on the day with Johns adding two more to his homerun total on the year and Dallimore walking it off with a homerun of his own. | |||

| This is a dangerous Faith Lutheran group with their offense now starting to find their way as they racked up 12 hits on the day, 4 players having multi hit days. The top of the order made the difference yesterday with it being a tight one until 5 runs put up in the 7th, highlighted by another Collura homerun, securing their 5th win of the season. | |||

| The Wildcats got another dominant, complete game performance on the mound from the reigning Pitcher of the Week, Ponticello, going 7 strong while stiking out 6. The Las Vegas bats were alive with 14 hits registered, including multi-hit days from M. Martinez, McCown, Ponticello, Bull and Romero. This is a group that seems to be catching their stride early this Spring as we expect them to continue trending up the Team Rankings. | |||

| A quiet game until the 4th when Galena was able to open the scoring, then followed it up in the 5th with 3 more with the help of a Kermode single. After Galena walked in a run, Ovard gives Douglas the lead with a grand slam, followed by two more added in the bottom of the 6th to give the Tigers a big win. | |||

| The Blazers wasted no time jumping out to an early 4-0 with the help of a Mercurius grand slam, then added two more in the 3rd to take a commanding 6-0 lead. The Lions chipped away bringing in 3 in the 4th with the help of a Skinner homerun, then added 3 more in the 5th from a bases clearing Anglelo double, tying it up. Durango's Shuford homered in the bottom half to give the Blazers back the lead, 7-6. But SV was able to bring to more across in the 6th to take the lead back with Meleski shutting down the Durango offense over the final 4.0 innings to help secure the W. | |||
