The 2025 high school baseball season is now in full swing, and we are pleased to present our weekly Top 10 Team Rankings. Each week, we will be out around the state covering games to continue providing the most accurate Team Rankings and player highlights. As we cover high school baseball games throughout the spring, we invite your insights and feedback regarding the placement of these teams. Please review our latest update below.

TEAM RANKINGS - WEEK 3

1	Basic Academy	8-3 (1)
The Wolves come off another successful week, going 3-1 in a talented Bishop Gorman Invitational tournament where they came up just short of raising the trophy, losing in the championship game. A team offensive fire power throughout their lineup, the pitching is what helped lead the Wolves this past week, allowing only 5 runs over thier first three games before running into national powerhouse, Orange Lutheran, in the final game.
2	Bishop Gorman	7-4 (3)
The Gaels seem to be catching their stride with a 3-1 week with the lone loss coming from a 2-0 loss the #1 ranked Basic Academy. This is a group that we expect to continue to see their game trend behind USC signee, Nolan Eberwein, leading the way with his .667 batting average.
3	Palo Verde	10-4 (2)
The Panthers come in at the #3 spot after going 2-2 on the week. The question mark for Palo Verde this season has been the pitching depth and four games in a week put that to the test. This is a group that needs to "out slug" teams and they have the offensive depth to do it.
4	Bishop Manogue	11-4 (5)
The Miners had a busy week with 5 games on the slate, going 4-1 with their high potential offense as well as the present pitching depth on full display, outscoring opponents 46-16. Keep an eye on Manogue as they continue to see their group trending in the right direction.
5	Faith Lutheran	4-7 (4)
The Crusaders had a week off after a gauntlet of an early season schedule. They have 4 games on the slate this week.
6	Las Vegas	11-3(6)
Coming off of a week where legendary Las Vegas coach, Coach Sam Thomas, earned his 500th career win, the Wildcats went 3-1 on the week, holding them strong at #6. This is a group that can get it done on both sides of hte ball with high end pitching to go along with some huge offensive showings, now they need to keep it rolling into League Play.
7	Reno	11-7 (7)
The Huskies comes off a gaunlet of a 7 day span, playing 9 games, going 6-3 against some of the top teams in both Arizona and Southern California. They come back home with a trio of games on the slate this week, including a big matchup with #4 ranked Bishop Manogue.
8	Arbor View	7-3 (8)
Arbor View is a team that teams will need to look out for this Spring with the pitching depth as well as the offense now starting to shine though. Going 3-1 on the week at St. George event, they proved they can grind out wins as two of their three wins come by one run. Look out for the Aggies as we expect them to surge as the season progresses.
9	Centennial	10-5 (9)
The Bulldogs come off a 3-1 week, putting up three quality wins after suffering an opening round loss to national powerhouse and eventual BGI Champs, Orange Lutheran. After their opening game, the Centennial arms allowed only 3 runs over the next 3 games, including two shutouts. This is another group that seems to be finding their game quickly in the 2025 Season.
10	Liberty	10-4 (NR)
Entering the Top 10 for the first time this Spring, the Liberty Patriots come off an impressive 3-1 week at the BGI. This group has proven they can hit and the arms have also taken the next step, led by HPU Signee, Nicholas Blakeney. This is a program seems to peak at the right time and the Patriots look like they are already on track this season to do the exact same.
