Since June (2019) 164 players who attended PBR NY events have committed to college programs. Over the course of the next three months, we will be highlighting these players in a new article "Committed Spotlight".

Nicholas Castellana C / 1B / Lancaster , NY / 2020

CEVETTE'S QUICK HIT: Standing 6-foot-3, 190-pounds, Castellana has made serious jumps since our staff first saw the WNY catching prospect. He's build like a linebacker, behind the dish he receives from a wide base, hands are quiet, the approach shows polish and confidence, footwork and transfer are premium, the arm-strength/action still need some attention. At the plate he shows loose hands, rhythm, short compact barrel path with natural lift through the zone. Plenty of gap-to-gap power from the WNY backstop, should make an impact the day he steps on campus at Niagara University.
