Over the course of the next few weeks I will be taking a closer look at several standouts from the 2022 PA State Games this past June. The NYS Games serves as the biggest and most recruited event in New York every year hosting over 500 next-level players in one location.

Cevette's Quick Hits: The 2025 graduate performed as a two way player at the NYS Games but all signs point towards the mound as his primary position.

Case stands 6-foot-1, 160-pounds from a lean wiry build. The delivery is repeatbale, arm-swing is loose and whippy from a power slot, and the FB already shows signs of next-level sitting 83-85 mph, 2300 rpms (up two mph from last year) complemented by an upper 70s CB. Bright future for the greater Albany, NY area rising SO.
