We would like to thank all who participated in PBR Ohio's 2021 Ohio Top Prospect Games. This was a great opportunity for the class of 2022-2025 prospects to be put on college radars. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase. Below we have the complete statistical results from the event as well as the top performers across various different categories.

2021 Ohio Top Prospect Games: Quick Hits - Big Time Right-Handed Arms

Jackson Campbell RHP / OF / Cincinnati Country Day, OH / 2022

Report: One of the most followed arms in the state turned in another noteworthy performance in ‘22 Jackson Campbell. Live fastball that was up to 88mph on this day and we’ve seen up to 92mph this spring. Not surprising we’ve seen a velo jump from him in ‘21 considering the efficiency/athleticism/mobility he shows on the mound. Secondary stuff was also well above average.

Michael Glaser RHP / 1B / Upper Arlington, OH / 2023

Report: 2023 RHP Michael Glaser out of Upper Arlington HS was about as good as you could be at Top Prospect Games. Poured in strikes all day with his fastball/breaking ball combo. Fastball sat in the mid 80s with signs of more to come but the breaking ball was the real story. One of, if not the top breaker we saw on the day spun with true 12/6 shape and ridiculous 2600+rpms. The offering made some of the state’s top bats look foolish. Glasser struck out all 7 hitters he faced.

Austin Sizemore 3B / RHP / Olentangy, OH / 2022

Report: Death, taxes and 2022 RHP Austin Sizemore (Olentangy HS) filling up the zone. EVERYTIME we see this arm on the bump he shows the ability to consistently mix three offerings in the zone. From a pure stuff standpoint he continues to sharpen arsenal as well. Fastball was up to 87mph (we saw 90mph this spring), breaker continues to grade higher as velo increased and changeup allows him to be a tough matchup on lefties as well. Could easily have put him on the “two-way talent” list as well.

Jayden Jerger RHP / 1B / Defiance, OH / 2022

Report: ‘22 RHP Jayden Jerger followed up a dominant spring for Defiance HS with a lights out performance at Top Prospect Games. Electric stuff, with a mid 80s fastball that topped 87mph and a nasty breaking ball spun at 2500+rpms at times. From a projection standpoint there’s almost certainly more left in the tank velocity wise considering the way that arm works combined with hand/arm speed displayed on all offerings.

Jackson Grine RHP / Fairview, OH / 2023

Report: 2023 RHP Jackson Grine (Fairview HS) showed off big jumps at the state’s premier event. From a physical standpoint he’s one of the most intimidating presences that took the hill at 6-foot-5, 230-pounds. Generated easy mid 80s velocity that peaked at 87mph and a playable breaking ball. A guy to keep an eye on that has an obviously high ceiling as everything continues to come together.
