Ohio is loaded with talent from all over the Buckeye state and that is most definitely evident within the the Elite 25 Team list. The Elite 25 Team is a combination of all divisions, with the best of the best included from all across the state.
The list is formed based on a multitude of factors, some weighted more than others. The factors include 2019 performance, improvement shown at summer/winter showcases, 2021 projection, coaches recommendations, strength of competition, team performance, etc.
We at PBR Ohio would like to congratulate all that made the list. As you can see, this is a comprehensive list that we put in numerous hours of work to complete. We hope you all enjoy the list and have outstanding spring campaigns. Just know that this preseason list has no barrings on the All-State Teams that will be released after the season, as that is all based on success on the field this season. Good luck to all the teams.
