With the 2018 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state. Starting mid-January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2018 Spring Team Preview: Chaminade Julienne Eagles

Coach Outlook: “We lost a good group of seniors but returned the majority of our varsity contributors from our 2017 State Runner Up team. We have a very exciting group of underclassmen and transfer students that will make immediate varsity impacts this season. Our returning pitchers lack varsity innings only because we so many big arms in 2017, but we feel our 2018 staff is even deeper. Our expectations for 2018 are just as high as they were in 2017.”

PBR Outlook: Coach Mike Barhorst and the Eagles look to reload and make another run after a run to the state finals and a 23-win 2017 season. Talent in each class has the Eagles ready for the 2018 season.
