With the 2018 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state. Starting mid-January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2018 Spring Team Preview: Crestwood Red Devils
Team Name: Crestwood Red Devils
Head Coach: John Bakalar
Division: III
2017 Record: 14-10
Conference Record: Portage Trail Conference, 5-7, 4th Place
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 3/5
2018 Team Strengths:
Coach Outlook: Graduated 6 starters from the 2017 team but a promising Junior class and solid core of Seniors looks capable of keeping Crestwood a contender.
PBR Outlook: After being in Division II over the past few seasons, the Red Devils and coach John Bakalar are back down in Division III for the 2018 season. Look for Crestwood to be playing their best ball come tournament time.
