With 2020 now in the past, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best 2021 high school coverage that can be found anywhere. 2021 Spring Team Preview: Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy Royals

Team Name: Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy Royals

2019 Record: 19-10
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 3/1

2021 Team Strengths:

  • I believe one of our team strengths will be our lineup top to bottom. We have a group of guys that spend a lot of time in the cages getting better each and every day.
  • We will be solid defensively.
  • We have the speed and baseball IQ to be very effective on the base paths as well.

Coach Outlook: "We are coming off a year where we would have had 6 seniors starting for us. We will be very young this season, very few guys with any varsity experience. We are very excited about the younger group of guys coming in. There is a ton of talent there. They have all put in a lot of work in the off season to prepare. A lot of our success will depend on how quickly they can adjust to the varsity. We will be relying on a few of our upperclassman to set the tone, set expectations and pave the way for us to stay atop of our conference."
