With the 2018 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state. Starting mid-January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2018 Spring Team Preview: Fort Recovery Indians
Team Name: Fort Recovery Indians
Head Coach: Jerry Kaup
Division: III
2017 Record: 13-12
Conference Record: Midwest Athletic Conference, 5-4, 5th place
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 9/9
2018 Team Strengths:
- Senior Leadership
- Experienced Pitching
- Speed on the bases
Coach Outlook: We have a senior laden team with lots of experience. We should be contenders for the conference championship. We play a very tough schedule that we hope will prepare us for the tournament.
PBR Outlook: Lots of experience and talent in 2018 for the Indians and coach Jerry Kaup. Three solid arms and nine starters returning, lookout for the Indians in Division III (moved up from D-IV).
