With 2020 now in the past, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best 2021 high school coverage that can be found anywhere. 2021 Spring Team Preview: Grove City Greyhounds

Team Name: Grove City Greyhounds
Head Coach: Ryan Alexander
Division: I
2019 Record: 13-13
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 4/3

2021 Team Strengths:

  • Pitching

Coach Outlook: "I think we have 3 great arms to help lead our team until we figure out the bats. Defensively, I think we have a lot of guys that are very strong as well. We only have 1 guy that has seen varsity pitching returning, Jackson Ware (however, I know a lot of guys are in that same boat)."

Top Returning Players:

  • Jackson Ware, hit almost .400 as a freshman with 2 HR's. Finished the season hitting in the 3 and 4-hole starting everyday for us. Also was a big factor on the bump. Beat #1 Massillon Jackson 3-1 as a frosh.
