With the 2019 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state. Starting in January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2019 Spring Team Preview: Archbishop Moeller Crusaders
Team Name: Archbishop Moeller Crusaders
Head Coach: Tim Held
Division: I
2018 Record: 25-7
Conference Record: GCL South 7-2 (1st)
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 3/2
2019 Team Strengths:

Coach Outlook: "Because of our starting pitching and pitching depth being a strength, this could be a strong season. We lose 6 starters so the new additions to the line up will need to step up and fill some big holes. Our schedule is tough so it will provide a great challenge to get us ready for the tournament."
PBR Outlook: Despite losing six starters due to graduation, just as every year, Moeller and coach Tim Held will reload, be one of the most talented team in the state and make a run come tournament time. Moeller is loaded with arms from the right and left side which will keep them in every game as they figure out what their best lineup is. As with every year, look for Moeller to be one of the top teams in one of the top areas in the entire nation, SW Ohio.
