With the 2019 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state. Starting in January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2019 Spring Team Preview: northeastern jets

2019 Team Strengths:

  • Experience
  • Pitching

Coach Outlook: "I think we will compete for the league title. We have a good nucleus of players back.  Pitching will be a strength."

PBR Outlook: The Jets and head coach Will Nichols could be a team to watch in Division III in 2019. With their strength being pitching and experience, I see Northeastern being competitive all year, with a chance to make a run come tourney time.
