+ Elder 2014 RHP Kyle Koppenhoefer, the No. 63 ranked prospect in his class, committed to the University of Cincinnati only 3 days after Unsigned SR Games. The 6-foot-3, 160-pound prospect has a lanky, projectable frame. He has displayed a mid 80's fastball with a 71-73 mph breaking ball.

+ Miamisburg 2014 RHP Jeremy Randolph, the No. 62 ranked prospect in his class, committed to Wright State. At one point, it looked like the righty might be pulled away to Ball State by former Dayton pitching coach Todd Linklatter. But, in a change of events, Randolph, who has show a fastball that reaches into the upper 80's, eventually issued a commitment to nearby Wright State. Randolph participated in the Top Prospect Games in June.

+ North Canton Hoover 2014 catcher Will Haueter, the 108th ranked player in his class, commited to Northern Kentucky. Haueter was drawing interest from a host of Division II programs. Haueter participated in the Top Prospect Games and Unsigned Senior Games.

+ Springboro 2014 OF Jack Schaff, the 18th ranked prospect in his class, committed to Florida International. Schaff drew headlines this summer after emerging as one of the top position players on the Midland Redskins roster. He participated on the regions East Coast Pro team.

+ Toledo St. John's 2015 IF Devon Garcia, the 46th ranked prospect in his class, commits to Ohio University. The versatile prospect, who shows the potential to play the infield or the outfield at the next level, didn't take long to issue an commitment to Head Coach Rob Smith after his second visit to Athens. Garcia recently participated in the Underclass Games at OSU in August.

+ Orange HS 2014 RHP Landon Slomovitz, the 82nd ranked prospect in his class, committed to St. Bonaventure.

+ Amelia 2014 LHP Trevor Simon, the 40th ranked prospect in his class, committed to Ball State. Simon was previously committed to Marshall.

+ Orrville 2014 3B/1B Stuart Schley committed to West Point. The talented left-handed hitter featured was one of the top hitters at the Top Prospect Games in June. Schley was receiving interest from a handful of local Division I and Division II programs.
