PBR Ohio started up on May 3rd, 2011 as seen here. From that day, Chris Valentine has had a goal to promote high school baseball in Ohio at the highest level possible. Chris has been able to do this thanks to the help of parents, coaches, and the talented players throughout the state of Ohio.

Chris has also built a staff that has the drive to make Ohio one of, if not the top viewed website for Prep Baseball Report as well as put on some of the best showcases in the nation to help promote the high school talent that resides in the Buckeye State.

Dylan Hefflinger, PBR Ohio Editor in Chief/NW Scout, along with JD Heilmann, PBR Ohio Director Scouting take a look back at the year in review and put together a list of the top stories for 2015.

Today we take a look at the All-State Teams.

Each day we will reveal the next story on the list. A hint for the next story are the words "Hall of Fame".

PBR Ohio's Top Stories for the Year 2015: All-State Selections

Whether you are 1st team All-State, 2nd team All-State, 3rd team All-State ... Whether you are in Division I, D-II, D-III, D-IV ... Whether you are on the 2015 Elite 25 or not, being able to play the game we all have grown up to love, cherish and adore is all that matters.

That being said, being named to one (or two) of those prestigious teams is an honor and one that I hope all the prospects, coaches, fans and communities understand does not come easy.

Below I have an excerpt of my article on each of those teams, to view the entire article, which includes 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams for D-I, D-II, D-III and D-IV as well as the one and only 2015 All-State Elite 25, please CLICK HERE.

The 2015 season was my fourth season with PBR Ohio and as with each of the previous three years, I couldn't ask for a better job. Yeah the weather could be better in March and April, but seeing these kids battle through the conditions that Ohio brings is great.

Being able to finish the season at the home of the Cleveland Indians AAA affiliate, the Columbus Clippers is a dream that all high school baseball players hope to be able to accomplish. Huntington Park is one of the finest minor league venues in all of baseball and the OHSAA and Clippers organization have done a great job of running the state final four.

Personally I want to thank all of the players, coaches, parents, media members and fans who have helped PBR Ohio and myself with coverage across the great state of Ohio.

In 2016, PBR Ohio will continue to be your one-stop spot for high school baseball news in Ohio and will look to bring you even more. Thanks again! Can't wait for the 2016 season to begin!

For all of you that are playing this summer, have a blast, work hard and use this time to make yourself better. For everyone going to play at the collegiate level, good luck! Represent your family, school and yourself as the best student-athlete you can be. For all that are just going to college or going straight to a job after high school, I wish you luck in all your future endeavors.
