Team Rosters

JJ's Car Wash

Snapshot: JJ's Car Wash has a mix of Northeast Ohio prospects, with all but one in the 2021 class.

The roster is highlighted by a pair of uncommitted 2021 middle infielders, Tyler Pettorini (Walsh Jesuit) and Jake Armsey (Walsh Jesuit). Both are strong candidates for next year's Future Games to represent Team Ohio.

On the mound, JJ's Car Wash features two intriguing southpaws. 2021 LHP Erik Stern is a 6-foot-3, 155-pound southpaw. When we last saw him in February, he sat in the upper 70's mixing in a 67-69 mph slider. 2021 LHP Jack Fecko (video below), who possess a 6-foot-3, 175-pound frame) was up to 81 at the Northern Ohio Prospect Games in June.

One of Force Ohio's top players is 6-0 third baseman Cade Riley (video below from 2017). The uncommitted infielder runs a 6.8 60 to go along with a 89 mph exit velocity and 80 position velocity.

Lake Erie Warhawks Navy

Snapshot: Lake Erie Warhawks Navy are a mix of Northeast and Northwest Ohio prospects in the 2019-2022 classes.

The Navy squad features one of the this weekend's top uncommitted 2019 prospects, top 100 ranked, middle infielder Mason Montgomery. The right-handed hitting Montgomery posses the skill set to play on the left side of the infield or a corner outfield spot at the next level. In addition, he has also show flashes of potential on the mound with a fastball that was up to 84 last fall.

The Navy squad has numerous ranked prospects including the following positional prospects: catcher Carsten Betson, 1B Brendan Holley, SS Josh Romans (who is a two-time Team Ohio Future Games participant), SS Evan Engle, and OF Tanner Russell.

On the mound, the Navy squad features several intriguing follows who we've seen in the low-80s, including some ranked arms in RHP Isaiah Seidel and the southpaw Jamie McMahon along with unranked prospect Ben Bliss (video below).

Lake Erie Warhawks Carolina

Snapshot: Lake Erie Warhawks Carolina are a mix of Northeast Ohio prospects in the 2019-2020 classes.

The Carolina squad has a handful of talented committed prospects in 2019 C Tanner Egger (BGSU), 2020 1B Carson Nicodemo (Nebraska), 2019 MIF Michael Holdsworth (Nebraska), 2019 RHP Neil Robertson (Hiram) and 2019 LHP Jonathan Machamer (South Carolina).

There are numerous uncommitted ranked prospects on the team as well.

The top uncommitted position player is 2020 Rontrell Greer. The switch hitting outfielder, who mostly plays for 5-Star National in the summer, has gone mostly unseen by area colleges over the past few months. 

Behind the plate, the Warhawks feature two uncommitted seniors in Grant McClure, a top 250 ranked prospect, and Austin Jones.

The middle infield is highlighted by uncommitted 2019 shortstop Clay Rainey along with 2020s Hunter Olsen and Connor Bansek.

On the mound, 2019 RHP Sam Laguardia, who features a low 80's fastball. is one of the top uncommitted seniors in attendance this weekend.

Team PBR

Snapshot: Team PBR is a mix of 2019-2021 prospects from around the state of Ohio as well as one prospect from Indiana.

The roster is highlighted by Pitt recruit, 2020 Andrew Clelland. Ranked in the top 10 for Ohio, Clelland possess the skill set to play at the corners or on the mound at the Division I level.

Behind the plate, Team PBR will be anchored by uncommitted 2019 catcher Jacob Caruso, who is is ranked 208 in the 2019 class and has a 1.94 pop time and 87 mph exit velo. Also catching for Team PBR is Kody Cottis, a 2019 from Indian Creek.

The middle infielder is highlighted by 2020 Jarrett Barnes (video below) as well as 2019 Jarrett Orbin and a pair of area 2020 middle infielders, Andrew Micale and Corey Stofko.

The outfield is highlighted by 2020 Cole Zak, a two-time TPG participant. Zak, a smooth swinging LHH, figures to anchor the top of the order. He is joined by 2019 Tim Eppichs, 2020 Colton Chuko and a pair of intriguing 2021 prospects, Cole Elkins, who plays with the Indiana Bulls, and Joshua McCleery, who posted a 6.98 60 at the Buckeye Elite Showcase in July.

Ohio Elite Sanders

Snapshot: The Ohio Elite Sanders roster is comprised of mostly Northeast Ohio prospects, with a Northwest Ohio guy sprinkled in.

As with most Ohio Elite rosters, there are many talented prospects on the squad, including ranked positional prospects Breydan Cavey, Riley Day, Mack Timbrook, Stanley Kaczmar, Brock Belsole and a few others that are intriguing prospects including Stanley's younger brtoher Henry.

The top arm for the Sanders team is one of the top arms in Ohio's 2020 class, Benny Roebuck (video below). The righty sat in the upper-80s at the Future Games in the beginning of August and shows good pitchability.

Snapshot: The Ohio Elite Ratcliff roster is made up of mostly Central Ohio prospects.

Just like the Sanders squad, this Ratcliff team has numerous prospects that should catch the eyes of many college coaches.

Some of the ranked positional prospects include Brennan Rowe, Mitchell Vincent, Blake Reed, Evan Wolf, Ryan Stahl, as well as a handful of younger prospects that could see themselves in the rankings at some point.
