6-foot-4, 210-pound right-handed pitcher prospect is a University of Kentucky recruit. He will be attending the Super 60 Showcase on Sunday. Excellent body with physical projection. Excellent body balance with clean upper 3/4 arm slot. Shows pitchability and control. Has nice easy delivery and loose arm action. Gets good extension and backside finish. Fastball sits 86-89 mph with arm side run and reaches into the low 90's. Like many Defiance HS hurlers of the past, he has outstanding two-plane depth curve ball (75-77 mph) and locates well. One of Ohio's top arms for the Class of 2013.
