2025 OSSAA Power 25: Week Two

Bret Schwartz
Oklahoma Scouting Director

After about a week and half's worth a games, we take an updated look at the Power 25.  While still early in the season, this update features a few small changes due to results on the field as well as still some projection with the talent on the field.   All scores and records are from the OSSAA Rankings page.

Remaining at the top are the Edmond Memorial Bulldogs who are off to a hot start with the top portion of their lineup all off to a terrrific season. Owasso and Edmond Santa Fe flip spots following a head to head matchup with both still impressing in our looks at them.  Bixby sticks at number four following big offensive outbursts move them to 4-0.

Newcastle sees the biggest rise in the rankings this week moving up from number 11 in our preseason poll to number 5 after a strong 4-0 start with strong showings at the plate and on the mound and impressive wins including Owasso and Edmond Santa Fe.  Both Blanchard and Mount St. Mary see a rise of three spots after both got off to undefeated starts and impressive wins. Broken Arrow breaks into our Power 25 following wins over Yukon, Jenks, and Sapulpa.
