2025 OSSAA Team Preview: Yukon Millers

Prep Baseball Oklahoma Staff

The Oklahoma high school baseball season kicks off on Feb. 24 for classes A and B and Mar. 1 for classes 2A-6A, opening day for regular season action under OSSAA regulations. Leading up to opening day, we’ll be publishing our team previews ahead of the 2025 spring season, touching on programs spanning all state classifications, counting down to the official Prep Baseball Oklahoma Preseason Power 25 Rankings.

Perennially, we’ve submitted a preseason questionnaire to high school head coaches across the entire state. Their responses have been flooding in and we’re using the detailed insight they’ve provided in our team-by-team preseason analysis.

Our 2025 preseason coverage continues today.

    • Wyatt is a true athlete. He has good speed and strength to compete with Varsity players. He's a two sport player that is also expected to have a big impact this spring.

Key Players Lost:

Coach’s Insight: “I believe our team strength is the cohesiveness this team has. They have been playing together for almost their entire lives. Having that advantage can get us through the adversity that comes with each season. An area that will work itself out is the inexperience that we have as a whole playing Varsity. We have a few returners, but we will need help from players that haven't had much time. We fully expect to grow as the season goes and get the experience needed to make a run. ” – Ryan Phillips, head coach
