As we close the door on 2021 and head into 2022, PBR OK takes a look at the top 10 most viewed profiles of the year. We are able to drill down into the data and track the number of reads thanks to Google Analytics. As we usually see, the list is dominated by some of the top performers and players who have made commitments this year. 

The 2024 RHP is coming off a big summer that was highlighted by his work at this past summer's Future Games.  Hall has one of the best fastballs in the state working in the upper 80's with high spin rates and feel for a curveball with big action which recently led to a commitment Vanderbilt.  Hall has some of the most upside of any RHP in the State and look for him to continue to make jumps this Spring and play a big role on the mound of Edmond North.

Scouting Report

Body: 6-foot-2, 160-pound lean and athletic frame with good projection and room for added strength and size in the future.

Delivery: On the mound uses simple footwork around the rubber to work to a mid height balance point.  Methodical rhythm with repeatable actions.  Gets weight stacked on backside with slight body lean towards the front leg.  Gets good push off the rubber and strong extension down the mound.   Works from the middle of the rubber and strides slightly towards the third base side for slight cross-body action.  Shows the ability to slide-step and remain in rhythm.  Lands on a firm front leg with explosive action down the mound.  Overall a very well put together delivery with good athleticism and balance.  

Arm Action: High ¾ arm slot with a very clean arm action and good overall hand speed.

FB: 84-87 mph, very high spin rate for class (2539 avg) with riding life through the zone.

CB: 67 mph, slurvy shape with good overall spin metrics.  A big shape with horizontal and vertical break.

CH: 77-79 mph, arm side fade with fastball hand speed.

The 2024 RHP jumped onto the big stage in a big way with his three inning outing on Friday.  Hall showcased a fastball that was up to 88 mph with very high spin metrics around 2600 RPM giving him serious life through the zone.  He also showed an upper 60’s curveball with good shape and depth that had spin rates around 2600 as well.  The changeup was thrown at 81 mph with good hand speed and showed solid fading action to the arm side.  At a lean 6-foot-2, and 160-pounds, Hall has plenty of room for added strength and size in the future and can easily see him continue to make more jumps over the next couple of years making him a very interesting follow.
