OK Top Senior Games Leader Board Slider Metrics: (Trackman Pitchers)

Today we're taking an in-depth look at some of the top slider metrics at the Oklahoma Top Senior Games showcase from data collected from the Trackman. As technology continues to improve, we are learning more and more about what makes each pitch unique and effective to each individual pitcher.
The firmest slider at the event belonged to Kyle Mantooth at 76.81 mph with Micah Simmons at 75.58 mph and Caden Hinther at 75.36 mph. Simmons topped the leaderboard in the average spin rate category with 2279 RPM with Ethan Rone just behind at 2224 RPM, Dylan Wilkerson at 2049 RPM, and Cade Erickson at 2003 RPM. Wilkerson had the largest average horizontal break with an average of 16.7 inches of east/west action with Ethan Rone also showing an impressive 14.8 inches of average horizontal break. Caden Hinther had the largest average of induced vertical break with 7.7 inches of depth and Micah Simmons coming in at an average of 6.5 inches of depth. Dylan Wilkerson posted an impressive 34 Bauer Units with Micah Simmons and Ethan Rone right behind with 31 Bauer Units.
