Outlook: Barr saw a recent bump up in our 2022 rankings last week and the Windsor Select right-hander is a very interesting arm in the '22 class with chance for three solid offerings all the while being smooth and loose with his actions and delivery on the mound. He's run his fastball into the upper 80's and see's run on the changeup while he will flash proper rotation and some 11/5 shape on his breaking ball.  He also showed us the ability to make adjustments in game and he projects to grow and gain strength over the winter which should allow him to hopefully see some spikes in velocity and sharpen the secondary as we look towards the new year and into March of 2021. Barr needs to be on college radars today as we expect him to only continue to get better, fill out the. body and the stuff, mixed with the compete we've seen will act as a real nice repertoire for Barr going forward.
