Team Outlook:
Lebanon's 2022 campaign was one of the most successful in the history of the school, as the Warriors made a run to the 5A State Championship game. They'll look to repeat that success this season and bring back several key pieces that should continue to contribute at a high level. Starting at the top with SR Ryan Rivers who did it all last season, compiling a 5-1 record on the mound with a sub 1.00 era and 77 k's. He also batted .412 with a robust .652 slugging percentage. Fellow SR Tyler Walker will also rack up significant innings on the mound again this season after a 8-0 record last year as a junior. Lastly, SR Sam Thompson had a 6-1 record last season and rounds out the impressive trio that Lebanon has at the top of their pitching staff. Offensively, in addition to getting contributions from the previously mentioned prospects, look for seniors Colton Vandetta, Matt Woorward, Dre Smith and Zach Lyon to end their careers on a high note. While key juniors Hayden George and Bryant Starr look to take a step forward after productive sophomore campaigns.
