4.10.22 Update

Our 3rd update to the Oregon Power 12 is now live and there's MAJOR movement in the top half of the list.

After a couple losses each, Jesuit and Lakeridge have been moved off of the #1 and #2 spot. Although you could argue that their level of talent warrants staying at their previous ranking, we're here to reflect the teams that are currently playing the best brand of baseball at the moment.

West Linn takes over the #1 spot after a week of 3 decisive wins and the fact that they haven't lost a game to a team from Oregon yet. Their 3 game series against Canby this week will be worth following.

Clackamas had 1 blemish this week against Crescent Valley and their big arm in '22 RHP Noah Dewey. But they bounced back with 2 wins over Central Catholic and have only 1 loss to a local team as of right now.

McMinnville climbs a few sports after taking 2-3 from previously ranked Sherwood. While Mountain View and Mountainside continue to remain consistent and keep racking up wins.

Rounding out the Top 12 are some usual suspects with Lakeridge, Tualatin, Wilsonville and Summit. All of which continue to steadily rack up wins and avoid and major lapses in performance.

Newcomers South Medford and Hidden Valley have been dominant in their own right as well. Although Hidden Valley is now the current record holder for consecutive wins at the 4A level with 27 in a row. They haven't lost a game since 2019.

Stay tuned for more as this next week of game action should cause even more shake ups moving forward.
