D3baseball.com Reveals Preseason Rankings and All-Americans

D3Baseball.com has released its preseason Top 25 rankings and All-Americans. Nearly one-third of the ranked programs have at least one Pennsylvania player on the roster, topped by in-state Misericordia's 17, while five other in-state schools received votes in the poll.  In addition, five products of Pennsylvania high schools were chosen as preseason All-Americans.
