Grey TEAM

Top Prospects

Drew HensorLuke HolmanAidan Quinn

Drew Hensor, 2020, OF, Pennsbury HS (PA)
6-foot-2, 170-pound right-handed hitter starts from an open stance and utilizes a lift-and-replace stride to begin. Showcased a line drive approach with a feel for the barrel while consistently squaring the baseball in game action. Registered a bat exit velocity of 84 mph and ran an impressive 6.58 60-yard dash. Routinely played through the baseball defensively with above average 89 mph arm strength from the outfield.

Luke Holman, 2021, RHP, Wilson West Lawn HS (PA)
6-foot-4, 180-pound righty continued to show why he is one of the top underclass arms in the state. On this date Holman sat 86-89 with late life to his fastball, especially up in the zone. His high 3/4 arm slot and loose, easy arm swing will likely continue to add velocity over the next two years of high school. Holman's 12/6 curveball at 72-75 has sharp two-plane biting break and is a true swing and miss pitch. A splitter at 74-76 has tumbling action and works well as a third pitch in his arsenal.

Aidan Quinn, 2022, 3B/OF, Central Bucks West HS (PA)
5-foot-10, 180-pound left-handed hitter was only able to participate on day one of the event, but continued to impress with the bat. He begins from a slightly open stance and initiates his swing with a leg-hang stride. Stays behind the baseball and creates backspin with regularity with loose hands through extension. Carried the swing into game action where he found the barrel in each of four at bats. Registered an 86 mph bat exit velocity.

Grant Smeltzer, 2021, OF/RHP, Central York HS (PA)
5-foot-10, 165-pound right-handed hitter starts from a narrow, square stance and uses a lift-and-replace stride to begin. Showcased a line drive approach at the plate with a bat exit velocity of 88 mph. Ran a 7.19 60-yard dash and displayed an ability to play through the baseball from the outfield with 87 mph arm strength. The righty sat 81-83 on the mound out of a high 3/4 arm slot. Repeats delivery well with balance throughout. Also commanded a curveball with 11/5 rotation at 66-67.

Peter Kern, 2021, OF/RHP, Malvern Prep (PA)
Physical 6-foot-1, 190-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance and initiates his swing with a leg-hang stride. Stays behind the baseball consistently and showed the ability to create backspin. Registered a bat exit velocity of 86 mph and ran a 7.13 60-yard dash. Displayed athletic actions in the outfield with accurate 84 mph arm strength. The righty sat 78-80 off the mound from a high 3/4 arm slot with some natural cut to his fastball. Also commanded a curveball at 64-65 with 11/5 rotation.

Both pitches were commanded for strikes and came out of the same window with similar arm speeds. Should see spikes in velocity with added strength and physical maturity over the coming years.

Registered a bat exit velocity of 87 mph and showcased pop times of 2.15-2.26 on throws of 72 mph from the crouch defensively. The righty also sat 78-79 off the mound out of multiple arm angles while also mixing in a changeup at 70-71.

Tyler Schwarzman, 2020, SS/OF, Mechanicsburg HS (PA)
