2015  2B/SS Ty Reginelli (Mars Area)

Ty ReginelliTy Reginelli, currently ranked No. 69 in the PA Class of 2015, comes off a strong showing at the PA Top Prospect Games in June. The uncommitted senior showcased a 90 mph bat exit velocity from the left side with a high hands load and looseness to his swing. The 5-foot-10, 165-pound left-handed hitter barreled everything in batting practice and in game play over two days including two hits, three line drive outs and a walk in six plate appearances. Reginelli ran a 7.27 60-yard dash and showed plenty of arm strength (85 mph) to play on both sides of the infield.

Reginelli had an impressive spring at Mars Area High School finishing among the WPIAL leaders in batting average at .490 with 24 hits in 49 at bats. The talented middle infielder will be participating in the Fall Program on September 14 at La Roche College.
