Fall Program Spotlight: OF/1B Seth Thomas

The Fall College Prospect Program will get under way on September 7 giving college prospects an opportunity to showcase their abilities in game action on three college campuses during the course of the month. The fall program is in its second year of existence following on the heels of a very successful 2013 tour that saw 50 players announce college commitments.

2017  OF/1B Seth Thomas (Garden Spot)

went 5-for-9 in game play over four games at the PBR Mid-Atlantic Border Battle earning a spot in the initial Class of 2017 rankings at No. 40. The 6-foot, 155-pound left-handed hitter showcased an 83 mph bat exit velocity and the ability to barrel the baseball consistently to all fields from a slightly open stance with a high hands load. Thomas displayed a soft glove hand and good feet around the bag at 1B defensively and showed capable actions in the outfield as well. The sophomore ran a 7.21 60-yard dash and made several loud outs during the course of game action in addition to his five hits.

Thomas will be participating in the Fall Program on September 28 at Widener University.
